During my journey of unnatural dopamine control one major element is no fap and no porn.
i have had intimate sex with my wife during this period and it was great to feel. I controlled my semen even then. but some time during the sex, small stream, of semen got out which ensured to not go inside her to avoid pregnancy. I do not consider these incidences as a relapse or unnatural dopamine gain.

@bondjems84 It’s on your type of nofap. If you’re on monk mode than it’s a relapse otherwise you are good to go with this. Btw, I have to say that you shouldn’t count this as a relapse because you are married and you have some duties towards your wife. So enjoy your married life 
Continue your journey with soft mode ( Only sex with partner allowed) I hope you understand

Just ask yourself why you do nofap and then decide. I do it to cure my feelings, to not connect love with physical activity only. For me there are more feelings and emotions about love. If sex with partner helps to strenghten your love to each other, then why not.
