I am going to cross Day 1 in an hour. I will be describing what I have to improve in my life through my ideas.
Idea 1- Not Wasting a lot of time
One of the things I want to have more in my life is self-discipline which is been lacking for the past few days because of me procrastinating on my work. I write what things I have to do tomorrow in my notebook diary and it works for me to some extent but still I cannot get all the ticks in my schedule that I have to work on a lot. I think the things which will work for me and maybe help me are changing the subject when I feel its boring or do a 5 min walk or drinking water
Idea 2 - Sticking to my Plan
I make a plan every day to make sure I am not sceptical about my day but the truth is most of the time I don’t stick to it and which kind of ruins the whole purpose of my day with the outcome being very less. The actuality is that I have to remove the doubt of my plan not being enough
Idea 3 - Waking up early + not sleeping in the afternoon
I mean I tried to make it early in the morning but still just at 6:48 at 12 min away from 7 am from the time I usually wake up.
Ideas 4 - Restricting my telegram usage
I really have to like stop it, it’s like the main source of time waste for me but from now on, I am gonna set a limit or specific timing. Most of the time because of two namone
I am not fine these days in nofap. Diwali went good. Now I can start studying again and focus on myself again. I was silent here on these days because I didn’t feel like writing here. For now and in the upcoming month all that matters is my study. After my exams, I think that maybe I will deserve some rest. I want to prove myself.
Enough of me ignoring nofap for a month. This month (October) I have failed many times but I always get another chance at Nofap every day of my life not just a specific time, specific day or month. It’s time to work hard every day not run away from my work.
Things that I must have to work on are
1. Be in Discipline
If I make up my mind to study for 3 hours, That means I have to study for that amount of time whether something is going wrong or right. From Few weeks I have been not studying up to par, losing my discipline and not studying on time when I usually study.
2. Waking up early
I have said many times that I have to wake up early because I can utilise the time properly, I have started to wake up at 8:00 AM which is way too late for me, Now either I will go straight to sleep at 11 PM and wake up at 6 AM or Sleep at 12 wake up 7 AM. 7 is the deadline for me.
3.Putting extra efforts
Let’s face the truth for me, I am not a very good student, I am just an average who thinks doing little will work but it actually never works. I always take up shortcuts, scared of working too hard for my goals, dwelling on PMO, I have lied to myself that I am doing great but that’s not true, I have to work more or I must have to work hard to the level which I want to achieve in my life.
Waking up Early (8:00 Am) I will definitely will wake up early. Last night I slept late.

Problems I have got and what can be the solution for it.
The main problem is that nowadays I just want to procrastinate things more and more until the deadline comes. I think the solution would to detox 7 to 9 with some specific apps , I will do it tomorrow if it works out for me, then I will continue otherwise I will get to another solution.
Second problem could that I should make a practical schedule acc to my work or how much can I work. I will make one today.
Today I did detox from 7 to 9 it went well, I am gonna continue with it, I will definitely try to study more now. Today was better than yesterday still I can achieve better than this. Getting my life back on track again. Just to increase more focus and decrease distraction.
All things are going fine. I am suffering lot mentally from my studies and I need to find a way to overcome it so it won’t a become a really big problem after some time.
Had a lot fun and studying today because relatives came and I found that I am an morning person because I really feel motivated when I wake up early but it just the trouble right now or in the future will be winter, just hoping that I am able to cop it.

Waking up Early (6:15 AM ) : Still improved to the time when I used to wake at 7

Finally! My time to wake up has changed, and now I am getting into the habit of waking up at 6:00- 6:30. But today, for example, I took a daytime nap to refresh myself but it went about 2 hours so to compensate I am gonna stay awake till 12. Need to improve the fact that I never complete my schedule daily which I make for myself. Nofap is going well, I have mental calmness now. I need to improve the frequency of my exercise because I am only just jumping rope till 1300 and I am still improving to get more high numbers, I also did 350 skipping in one go, and after that my calves started to pain, don’t wanna overburden it but the goal is to reach 500 in one go now then I will see what happens next.

Depends on skipping rope too though. The current one I have amazon basics skipping rope is much heavier. I did that with a lighter one.

Waking up Early (5:00 Am) :

Today I woke at 5:00 Am unexpectedly because I slept at 10:00 AM, Way too early for me, but I did not felt drowsy after waking up at 5 AM, although I did take a nap for 25 mins in the afternoon and had some coffee which I don’t drink regularly, it was just to keep me awake. One more thing I achieved today was doing 500 skipping continuously and I did till 509 and then I stopped because my foot and calves were paining too much. Now I have reached my goal of doing 500 skippings continuously, so now the goal is 600 skipping. Now I also want to learn running jumping ropes but I just fail easily in this, So I got to learn more about this.
