So I haven’t really being honest to myself beacause I had no sugar plans but yesterday ate gems + Ice cream + Cold drink. So it started with ice cream and ended with gems. I thought I will start no sugar again tomorrow, so ate a lot yesterday. Saturday was kind of cheat day. Didn’t workout either.
Toady I had just studying because of test.
I can totally relate to that. Sugar is also so damn addictive . And it doesn’t have a lot of bad consequences except making you fat so not a very good reason to control sugar consumption.
Actually when i had ice cream i thought khaa li hai ab aur khaa lete hai kal kuch nhi sugar lunga but kaju katli bhi thi wo nhi khaayi utne tak control kiya
Aaj maine waise koi sugar nhi ki sirf jaljeera piya toh uske andar thodi si sugar hoti hai lekin calorie kam hoti hai
par kabhi kabhi utha lete hai par bahut kum . Ek baar subah domst ko call kiya aur bola kyun launde so raha hai abhi tak uth jaa saale . fir uski mummy ne repky kiya beta woh uth gaya hai taiyaar ho raha
Bhai literally mere bhai k saath hua h ye. Usne dost k dada ko saari galiyan Dedi. Aur uske dada bolte kon h ye beshram naam bta.
