Getting so many urges today. I am confused to relpase or not beacuse one part of mind is saying no,another is saying yes.

Divert your mind by doing something productive. If everything fails just talk to someone who is next to you on random topics. Don’t relapse. Assuming you are bored. I know you can do it. Don’t surender yourself. Keep fighting with the boredom and share how you handled. That will surely going to motivate others. I am listening to your story :slight_smile:

Woke at 5:30 then again slept for 12 minutes more after then i woke up again then went for walking at 6:00 Am with my old friend who met me after like 1 year because we changed school. He was my really really good friend. We couldn’t talk a lot but surely man I felt so good. I was feeling sad because this was his last morning and we only had 1 and half days. I enjoyed our walks with him. Old memories of class 9th. I used a laugh a lot and make people laugh too. I was so happy at that always enjoying my school time, got so many good friends but lost contact with them. That was amazing. No PMO nothing at that time. After coming back from a walk i studied then had shower and followed my normal routine.

Wokw at 6:15 then got ready for a walk. I got to know my friend didn’t go he was still there for 1 day and then we talked a lot again and today i did about 15000 steps :footprints: This is my highest in this month. On Sunday i study less and enjoy more.

I relapsed after 7 days. I tried my best not to so i didn’t watch porn but did MO. My mistake was i drank a lot of water and then slept in the afternoon. Got a lot of urges in my dream then i woke up and then I relapsed. I tried my best to stay away from chaser but couldn’t defeat it.

I didn’t have a nightfall. I was aroused. So couldn’t control my temptation and relapsed.

If it refresh you then it is great. You will feel energized but for me it ruins my mood when it starts to Intruppt my studies. Sometimes i sleep so much in the afternoon then my classes are missed and it creates backlog. Sometimes i feel fine but most of time it disturb my schedule

If you want to nap don’t nap for more than 20 minutes. Then it will be fine.

I am lazy person, if I sleep in the afternoon then nobody can wake me up :joy::joy:. 20.mins naps are great but most of the time it won’t work for me so either i don’t sleep or sleep straight for 2 hours.

It’s kind of the same for me, I manage to take short naps though but even because of that it’s hard for me to sleep on time at night, which in turn messes up my sleep schedule even more, so no nap in the day and good sleep at night is the way to go for me.

I can’t even take naps during the day, because my ritalin usually keeps me awake during the day.

Yeah, same. At night you can’t sleep and it messes your sleep cycle.
