Then you should have used some ointments :joy::joy:. Mujhe toh laga board ke stress ke karan ho gya hoga, but abhi tu chaser main pad sakta kyunki phir tera mind crave karega dopamine.

Ik that my brain has again got the taste of satisfaction and can make me fall any moment
but no worries I have some deadly weapons to counter attack my brain so I am fully aware of that

I don’t know why I am sleeping so much? From all of a sudden from past 2-3 days i sleeping way too more and became really lazy and don’t want to work.

It might be because you have some old sleep debt, was there a time in recent past when you slept less for a couple of days? That might be a reason.
Try sleeping for upto 9 hours straight 1 or 2 nights, in the day incorporate short naps 15-25 min, that way you can fulfill the debt

I don’t know what’s wrong with me these days.
Feeling tired.
Less studying + focus amd i have been watching movies continuously I kind of watched 8-9 movies this week
I just don’t wanna study and just watch tv.
I wven had a nightfall at 6:00 clock something. Oh dude my schedule is so messed up. When i wake up with full sleep in night even after it my body wants to sleep more. What’s happening with me?
I think for now on i should restrict my phone and tv usage. Just becoming more and more lazy when things are easily accessible.

Relapsed :confused::confused:. All my fault. I am strong enough to continue a good streak always lose so easily. I am tired of these numbers. If number is high then it also increase expectations etc If number gets down then it’s just disappointment.

Are koi nhi bhai.
But one thing I have realised now is that only hard work matters. You have to fall in love with difficult tasks, delay self gratification as much as possible, watching tv is good but keep it as a reward after you finish something significant or something you are finding difficult e.g some study target. That way your dopamine needs get stabilised, pr nhi bhi hongi toh apne kaam dhng se krne se apne aap khushi mil jaati hai.

arey yaar iss baar meri galti thi. Pure din maine urges ko matlab control main rakha then uske baad maine haar maanli aur relapse kar diya. agar thodha aur control main rakhta toh aaj yeh streak continue reh jaati

Its 29 days to be exact. Not that much of a streak but you know the regret afterwards.
In a moment when you think You’ve done enough and lose some grip then you certainly relapse.

Gonna start my schedule again from tomorrow. Today I relapsed twice. So today we went to some sangri trees on the roads to get some fresh sangri :joy::joy:but all of them had ripened so we couldn’t take enough amount and there were less too. if we had visited one week ago we could have got some good quality too.

Actually Sangri ugane main boht zada mehnat lagti hai aur hamare yaahn jo trees roads par hai uski koi dekhbhaal nhi karta toh toh unki quality bhi khrab hai
