Note this, analyse past relapses. Make contingency plans.
Abstain from fb, Insta etc, use YouTube for education only.
Avoid curiosity regarding sex on internet.
Use Google Calendar and tasks to plan each day. Always have something to do.
Decide to quit PMo forever, else your mind will trick you saying “No problem I’ll just fap today and start again”.
Make a mental model that “I’m not the person who watches porn or faps”
Chart all movies to watch for next year on Excel sheet. Add your streak to it. Consider movie as a reward of streak. It helps to eliminate triggering movies. I lost my previous long streak through a movie.
For initial days,
make motivation quote on this app appear every 1 hr. So you’ll be aware of nofap pursuit every time.
