Day 57
I am planning to write a detailed diary of my initial days, named AnkitKās PAST life (with learnings). I will publish it in the forum in small episodes after crossing 180 days. Every episode will include a learning at the end. NoFap has made my memory better, so I will be able to recall better. Wish me luck!
Edit: I have postponed the release date to 180+ streak due to some academic work. I will start this work in March 2019.

Took ashwagandha as I heard that it increases testosterone. This was a BIG mistake.I took 400mg of ashwagandha for 2days .I was calm and I had no anger at all,a guy insulted me and I didnāt feel anything,this hurted my self esteem at lot,I hate myself now .i didnāt take ashwagandha yesterday and today I feel depressed,irritated,lazy.

There are many participants who are not updating their streaks at all, especially those on day 0. Should we remove them? @Resurrection Please look into this. They have become highly passive.
