My next 32 weeks towards my goal to peaceful life of next 32 years…

This diary is to keep record of my experiments with my body and mind to bring out best productivity hidden inside and my journey to the limitless infinity of human possibilities…

I read benefits of no fap are beyond pmo or sexual health…
It gives you super human performance, unshattered stability and will to seek anything…
I will give it a shot , mix with other benifits, motivate my self I have one year goal to be an IAS…
Let me reap what all I can and produce the best I should…

I am going to adapt by making miniscule changes to be a better version, nofap will be a silly side benefit of my life style adaptations

Daily work out…
Wake up sleep at same time of day and night…
Eat healthy food…

Target for end of Dec…

  1. Read 10 effective hrs daily…
  2. Adapt to polyphasic sleep…

Day 1:.

First day of adapting to polyphasic sleep…

Slept at 2 , alaram was at 6 30…I woke up at 6 without alarm, had to three rem sessions confirmed by the dreams…

Let’s see how it goes… Will update at 9 before I hit gym…

Day 1

Update 2 …
Did 2 hrs of study… Between 7 to 9…
Had heavy workout for an hour… Will have breakfast bath and sleep my first nap of polyphasic sleep…
Day 1 symptoms journal— slight headache and eye burn…
Target to study 3 hrs before my next nap of 3pm
Third update @ 3 30 pm

Update 3
Target was 3 hrs study but was able to do only 2.3 hrs
Study then lunch and study and nap 3

Better sleep than last nap… Little eye burn no head ache…

Following pomodoro technique and 5 mins break trying to do meditation… And eye excercises
Target study 2 hrs, wash clothes and buy groceries for week… before my last nap of 8;30 pm
Last update of day 1 before bed…

Day 1

Update 4 and last…

Did only 1.5 hrs of study… Screwed up was not able to do my last nap at 8 30 … And that ruined next 3 hrs…
Did eye burn… Lost of focus due to high urges… I peeked for 5 mins but withdrew myself…

Symptoms : tired and bad feeling that I peeked… Did not complete 10 hrs… .
Going to long phase of polyphasic sleep…
Wake up at 4 30 am … ( Beginner adaptation)…

Tomorrow target 11 hrs …

Day 2 of adapating polyphasic sleep…

Update 1…

Slept at 12 suposed to wake up at 4 since it’s first week set the alaram at 5… I have one snooze and woke up at 5 15… Had a good quality of sleep with 3 rems…
Symptoms : little drowsy… Coffee would do fine…

Target read 3 hrs + 40 mins workout by first nap of day @ 10 30…

Day 2

Update 2 screwed up heavy early morning urges… Did only .5 hrs study…

Wasted 2 and half hours… Peeked for one hour…
Observation : heavy urges after every nap…
Trail 1. 10 push ups after urge…
Trail 2 . Stick upsc motivation images in room
Trail 3 : stick motivating personalities or no fap …
Only 102 days to finish syallabus :pensive:. And I am at 2 %.

9 to 10 study, then 30 mins work out…

Mind hack studied from Aristotle philosophy…

“You cant build a big wall on the go, focus on laying that brick in best way…”

Application : don’t focus on no fap of so many days long goals… You already know what u shud study and how, so rohan… Focus on doing your best between each nap… See the interval is getting your best

Day 2
Update 3 time 9 30…

Sat to do meditation for 5 mins but slept in chair … For 30 mins… Shud have green tea or coffe to avkloid such things after every nap…

Day 2 update 4

Missed my first and second nap of 30 mins… Due to which whole day was dull…

Had to attend wedding party… After back to home slept for one and half hour… Should not repeat this mistake again… Anthropology test seris is going to end on Jan 5 … Should push my self very hard…

Decided to change timings today… Will read till 1 and sleep later…
Summary: maintain fixed sleeping timings…

Yesterday was disaster… Today woke up without alarm sharp at 5 45… as scheduled
Little headache due to stress of anthro

Target before first nap @ 10 30 : 6 pomodoro sessions…

Constinency is the key…
Had excellent sleep but woke up late by one hr …

Today target 10 hrs ch 5 of anthro plus revision of 2 3 4 chapters …

Screwwed wanna adapt timing strictly…
