If you use an Android mobile, disable Chrome and uninstall any other browser and install “Spin Browser”.
It automatically blocks all sexually explicit material. And it’s absolutely free.

Sacrifice basically, i have access to my internet and everything you can imagine but i am also the guy on day 145. The only thing i have to worry about is my social media sometimes i come across pics but i either block those accounts or change my algorithm, its all about the individual at the end of the day

Day 145 that’s awesome. So how you deal with urges that comes in first 10 or 15 days? Sometimes I can’t persist.
It feels pretty good, you feel legit normal no major ups and downs, like when you are addicted, the brain can adapt really quick,

You have to commit like someone is holding a gun on your head, ok you get what i mean right?
