(I am from the UK so make sure your mobile numbers include the international dialling code. E.g, since I am British you would have to add +44 at the beginning of the number to add me).

Thank you! When I was younger, I have to assume that I gave up for a while… I was like: “I can’t do it anyway”. That’s not me anymore. I’ll never give up anymore, I’ll keep going forward and God will bless me with the end of this curse. Day 0 now, but I will soon get back to where I was yesterday!

Brother @jslee you can do it. God is with you. Try a cold shower, go for a longer jog, or better still, read the whole of Psalm 119 out loud. The fight is worth it. When the urges subside, you will be glad for having kept up the fight.
