This Week Challenge & Target :

This week I will achieve the goal of solving difficult level Quantitative Aptitude questions in 20 seconds by 14 November 2022. Will think the steps in head as much as possible.

Good luck @Amitroghates and always let your brain work like water that takes any shape, once you put it in a cup it becomes the cup once you put it in a bottle it becomes the bottle, it always get used to the conditions around it.

Possible urge Cure :

2 Glass of Water + 5 Minute Ashwini Mudra + 1 min Breathing Retention + 5 Min Aswini Mudra + 1 min Breathing Retention + Reading 1 Page Backward + 10 push ups.

Chaser effect cure :
Practice Aswini Mudra as much as possible throughout the day without stopping.
