Sometimes, we feel low. That doesn’t mean that we are low.

Ha ha… I am actually feeling a slight headache. That is reducing my concentration. There is no point of feeling low in it.

Everytime I feel urge , I actually feel breathlessness and heavy chest and stomach. I always have two ways to stop this feeling. Either I will relapse or I will drink 2 glass of water. I choose 2 glass of water.

Stay away from negative friends. Stay away from social media, stay away from so called motivational speakers, motivational headphones, motivational microphones, and earphones.

Stay away from commenting in social medias and youtube.

Stay away from fake friends who even don’t give their books for studying

Make pmo stay away from you.

Why Edging to Non P****graphic images are more dangerous ?

While porn is not normal, more addicted brain thinks that prn is normal. With time we became bored with prn. So brain might give you signals to watch non p*rn pictures and less hard videos. Because watching non p images of women might seem more normal than pn images. Edging seems to be more normal than masturbating. You may think that you are not losing any vital energy. But with time you will be forced to a full blown relapse. You may fall into the trap of hard or deviated or abnormal p.

So stop edging to non p images today…

Routine for Anti-relapse or Relapse Prevention:

  1. Drink 2 glass of water without stop

  2. Walk fast instead of slow

  3. Work on 3 goals of the day

  4. Ashwini Mudra whole day (Don’t stop ). Start Aswini mudra 30 minute after relapse to prevent chaser effect.

  5. Read backward and remember or spell name backward

  6. 10 push ups

I just relapsed :

I just relapsed after I tried best of myself not to relapse. First time, I went to drink half bottle of water it worked for 1½ hour. Then again urge came. In 3 times trying this I cant control and submitted myself in front of urges.
