So finally Its time to Start my diary too.
I’m AMAN, I want to personally thank for you taking the time to drop by my stats thread. I Hope this will inspire you , Motivates you and give the drive you need for you changing Your personality completely.
INTRO :- My Self Aman from U.P, INDIA ,Currently age 23 . I have been addicted to porn masturbation and orgasm from last 9 Years .Got access to Internet in early age made me slave to the porn . From last few months I am doing PMO aggressively even after knowing about it that porn make my personality weaker day by day . PMO makes me lazy too because of which My weight gains a lot .Currently I weigh around 105kg .Having fat all around my body I shamed a lot to my self and thanks to porn which even support my shameness . Now I am the only shy guy in my whole family and generation too. I did not attend any family gatherings , I do not attend any college fest and even the farewell too in college.
THERE IS NO ELEVATOR TO SUCCESS
YOU HAVE TO TAKE TO STAIRS
AIM :- First of All rewiring does not only mean to rewire your brain only to restrist PMO . For me it is the life changing opportunity. I want to rewire my personality completely in every aspects of my life . The main GOAL to achieve a BEAST MODE and change my Personality completely . So I split my main Goal in certain daily goals to Attained a NOPMO LIFE , Free my self out from slavery of PMO , Weight loss , Cracked the one of the competitive exam of INDIA - SSC CGL.
THE SKY IS SIMPLY THE LIMIT. IF YOU WANT
YOU SIMPLY CAN. THERE IS NOTHING STOPPING YOU
BAD HABITS I HAD :- There are lots of bad habits in me . But I mention few here that I want to change in my self.
1. WAKE UP LATE AT 10AM
3. NAIL BITING
4. EATING JUNK FOOD
6. WASTING TIME ON OTT
7. WASTING TIME ON PLAYING PUBG
8. WASTING TIME ON CHATTING
9. WASTING TIME ON YOUTUBE
10. NEVER HAD EXERCISE IN MY LIFE
11.NEVER MEDITATE IN MY LIFE
So primary My daily goals are one that to reduce above mentioned bad habits daily.
SOMETIMES THINGS BECOME POSSIBLE
ONLY IF WE WANT THEM BAD ENOUGH
Daily GOALS :-
1. WAKE UP AT 6AM
3. STUDY 7HRS
6. NO PUBG
7. NO NAIL BITING
8. NO YOUTUBE
9. NO MOVIES/TV SERIES
10. NO JUNK FOOD
11. INTERMITTENT FASTING
12. POSITIVE AFFIRMATION
13. READ SELF IMPROVEMENT BOOK
14. RESTRICT PHONE USAGE TO 30 MINUTES IN A DAY
15. NO SOCIAL MEDIA
17. CURRENT AFFAIRS
18. PLAN FOR NEXT DAY
I will amend changes to my daily goals according to the need later.
