  So finally Its time to Start my diary too.

I’m AMAN, I want to personally thank for you taking the time to drop by my stats thread. I Hope this will inspire you , Motivates you and give the drive you need for you changing Your personality completely.

           
           
INTRO :-   My Self Aman from U.P, INDIA :india: ,Currently age 23 . I have been addicted to porn masturbation and orgasm from last 9 Years .Got access to Internet in early age made me slave to the porn . From last few months I am doing PMO aggressively even after knowing about it that porn make my personality weaker day by day . PMO makes me lazy too because of which My weight gains a lot .Currently I weigh around 105kg .Having fat all around my body I shamed a lot to my self and thanks to porn which even support my shameness . Now I am the only shy guy in my whole family and generation too. I did not attend any family gatherings , I do not attend any college fest and even the farewell too in college.

AIM  :-  First of All rewiring does not only mean to rewire your brain only to restrist PMO . For me it is the life changing opportunity. I want to rewire my personality completely in every aspects of my life . The main GOAL to achieve a BEAST MODE and change my Personality completely . So I split my main Goal in certain daily goals to Attained a NOPMO LIFE , Free my self out from slavery of PMO , Weight loss , Cracked the one of the competitive exam of INDIA - SSC CGL.
        

    THE SKY IS SIMPLY THE LIMIT. IF YOU WANT
   YOU SIMPLY CAN. THERE IS NOTHING STOPPING YOU

        
BAD HABITS I HAD :- There are lots of bad habits in me . But I mention few here that I want to change in my self.

         4. EATING JUNK FOOD
         5. PROCASTINATION
         6. WASTING TIME ON OTT
         7. WASTING TIME ON PLAYING PUBG
         8. WASTING TIME ON CHATTING
         9. WASTING TIME ON YOUTUBE
        10. NEVER HAD EXERCISE IN MY LIFE
        11.NEVER MEDITATE IN MY LIFE
        12.PHONE ADDICTION

So primary My daily goals are one that to reduce above mentioned bad habits daily.

I will amend changes to my daily goals according to the need later.

Hey thanks a lot @Tagore and @_TIGER

Definitely I make sure not to make excuses as even its hard time for me right now as My MOM got fractured on her right leg a day before yesterday and being only child I have to manage everything from cooking to the household works … So for me its hard to get time now for studies …
But Still I manage to study over 6 hours as I wake up at 3 am .
And thats the reason also I am not that much active on forum too .
But I promise you both …
I can do everything and anything to achieve the GOALS I admire … and TURNING THE BEAST MODE ON.

And definitely I am not gonna make excuses any more .

Its been tough times for me … still I stand strong no matters what …
Day start with meditation … I start doing meditation from last 3 days …But Its hard for me to get focus on breathe … I don’t why but Meditation does not goes good for me … Thoughts come and go … everytime I try to focus … Need to search internet about this …

Beside that good day for me … But I don’t know why I eat junk food still I know it not good for health … As father is a shopkeeper that make me to get easy access to Maggi … I don’t know why …I did it …
I also include Green Tea in my Diet and reduce sugar and in some days I make sure to end sugar from my life …
For the Nofap journey I did not get any strong urges … Basic urges are there but manage them …

Right now I study the Atomic Habits … I start this book a day before yesterday … and really impress with content … In Lockdown period I only manage to get the KINDLE VERSION of it … but make sure to get soon hands on to the HARD COPY as well .
It is my first book I start study beside my academics books… …Hope it Goes well …

STAY STRONG what ever circumstances there …

It’s natural brother I have also same problem. But we both will improve our meditation :blush::blush: time. Just sit relax and smoothly take breath.

Wow man. Great start. You nailed it on the first day. Stay strong and repeat this everyday and that is the secret to success!!!

Its hard for all of us in the beginning. Just keep an alarm for 5 minutes and do it. After 2-3 months your focus will increase drastically. It’ll help in all areas of your life. Meditation is one of the most life changing habits out there.
Quit junk food bro.
Add a routine
No junk food in your diary.
It’ll help. Junk food will increase urges. You’ll gradually feel less urge for junk food as you go forward in nofap. All the areas of your life will improve.

OMG

I forget to Mention that recently I crossed 21 days of NoFap and I didn’t Believe that it’s my Highest streak I have ever had in the last 9 years . I don’t think this that at some point of time I can achieve this …

Seriously If Man has a dedication he can do anything . and it’s all because of this forum … I really thanks to founder of this forum to start this forum and every fellow companions who always with me and motivates me … .
I am sure to make 1000 days someday.

Beside that today is not a great day . It all Start by waking early at 3 AM . I don’t how but After on the Nofap journey I start wake up early . Now I Never had problem of being tired whole day after waking up that so early .
Meditation goes good today as I reduce my time that on yesterday I meditate 15minutes . Today I reduced my time to 5 minutes to make it a habit .
Did not any JUNK FOOD today.
Watch Movie On Amazon Prime … Need to stop that … wasted 2hours on a movie.WTF…

Hmmmm … I Reduced My time on Meditation from today as Yesterday I meditate 15minutes now begin with 5 minutes. I know it’s beginning… it is going to be hard … but building a life changing habit gonna gives hard challenges… and thats what I am standing for…

Thanks for being with me … I am sure that I will quit Junk food too … I am not going to disappoint you guys and me too … I am going to prove My self and everyone in this world … that I AM ALSO EXIST.

Keep this motivation up everyday bro. You can do this. Both of us me and @_TIGER will not relapse, whatever happens. So you can rely on us. If we say something, we’ll do it!

Announcement = Going to amend the daily Goals . Going to add 3 goals . From tomorrow I will add the down below Goals .

  1. CURRENT AFFAIRS -  As it is going to help me in my preparation of SSC EXAM and beside exam what I think that it is everyone should to be follow .
  2. VOCABULARY - Start learning 20 words daily… Again one of the important thing for my exam preparation.
  3. PLAN FOR NEXT DAY - I never plan for the next day . So from tomorrow I will going to plan the next day…


Still today I wasted my 2 hours in watching movie on Amazon prime .
Today again I Ignore Exercise .

WTF I am doing … Why I am not learning from my mistakes … Need to analyze why it all happens to me .
Why I did not attempt to do basic exercise.
I need to figure out my problems . I need to bounced back .

As the time wastage increases I include vocabulary and current affairs . Let’s waste time with the good things.
Had little urges in the evening … Nofap Journey good for me . Hope I continue to give my best streak of 1000 days.
Let’s Convert bad habits to the Good habits/

It always seems hard in the beginning … As Its already been 24 days for me in the nofap journey … now its look amazing as I can see benefits now… and they are amazing … Now I have to stay on the track and keep going.
Good habits are the key to all success. Bad habits are the unlocked door to failure.

So Finally this is day which seems good for me … I complete my whole checklist . I did not Ignore Exercise this time. I made Exercise at first in my Priority list that works for me .
Make Mistakes are not bad , Everyone makes mistakes in his life . The matter is MAKE MISTAKE .LEARN FROM IT ,AND MOVE ON.

It’s 1 July (at the time of writing) … I have been ready to make this month one of the SPECIAL month of my life . THIS Month can make me what I always want to be .

June Seems an average month for me . There are lots of Ups and downs in personal life in June . But I always stand strong . I never quit study .
The month of JUNE taught me lots of things . I always think I am NOTHING and doesn’t Exist for anyone. People always remember me when they need me … I never got a call from my friends even not from a best friend … they call me/text me only when they need help…being a nice guy I always seems believe in KARMA … Just help them without the need of anything… I doubt now after on Nofap journey… Is Really KARMA WORKS ?? I don’t know if anyone of you know about it tell me .
… seriously I always think that I am just a worthless person in this world with no purpose .
My Mother Got Fractured in the leg.It’s hard to cope up studies with the household works. I still manage studies by waking up at 3am. RUNNING FROM A PROBLEM IS NOT A SOLUTION .IT ALWAYS MAKES YOU COWARD .FACE IT .

So below is the Hours I study in the month of June .

So THE Challenge For next month to study more than 200 hours .ITS HARD BUT POSSIBLE.

My Serious Nofap journey start on 6 june . and today is 1 july . I never thought that I ever touch more than 20 days . and the benefits and things I do in these 20 days are amazing listed below.

  1. Now I am more conscious about myself . I never look my body so desperately standing in front of mirror as I do now . Now I always think that I have to lose weight as soon as possible ,Why I can’t lose weight . I cannot look like others having good physique.I never thought I have lot’s of good talent . Nofap reveals what truly I am.

  2. Clarity of thoughts .Now I did not thought unnecessarily … May be meditation works here . But it developed in the Nofap Journey .I can now separate my thoughts in positive and negative thought. Choose positive thought and eliminate worst one.

  3. I stop arguing with my parents . Being a single Boy child . Expectation of my parents from me is High and before Nofap I journey I never stand up on their Expectation and because of that I always end up urging with my parents . Even there were certain cases that they ended up crying just because of me . But Now On Nofap Journey . I care them a lot . I want them to be happy for the rest of their life and I study too hard now to make them proud one day .

  4. Waking Up before 4am . I think this one of the best decision I made in the month of JUNE . I never thought I can able to wake up before 4am . But I do . Before june I was a Night Owl . I usually sleep at 3-4am because of PUBG till month of May . But now It seems all of my works complete before 8pm in the night . I need to find things where I spent next 2 hours . so I have more spare time by waking up before 4 am .

  5. QUITTING PUBG . again best decision . I don’t why I start playing Pubg . I don’t even have interested in it in the starting . But later it becomes Bad habit for me . Gaming addiction . I can play Pubg more than 10 hours in a day till 8th of June . I always wanted to quit it. I always uninstalled this game and then again installed . May be this is because uncultered way to treat this addiction . But now after on Nofap journey . I did not play it even once. I quit this completely and never want to install it again .

  6. Greed for money . Before Nofap Journey I always want to be a Guy who is billionaire have girls around him ,servants under him , good physique … Have all the things … BUT I NEVER WORKED FOR THAT . Its TRUTH . These things seems always Good in Imagination but forget that these things doesn’t come without hardwork.

  7. HARDWORK ALWAYS PAYS OFF . so now I always try to do Hardwork . There may be pain while study over 10 hours , there may be boredom … But now I always want to be in struggle . Now I believe GOD wants struggle to convert normal person to BEAST. So now I never backoff from struggle.

  8. Thoughts FOR GIRLS As a Fapper I always thought of every girl seems to be a prostitute . The porn Industry make my mind a freaking evil mind. The way I see girl changes completely . Now I see girl like a girl . Now I respect each girl . Nofap done a great job too in this segment too.

  9. Never had a gf . Till may I always thought why I don’t have any gf in my life . I always thought there may be a problem in me that’s why I don’t have gf . But now I thinks it’s one of the good thing that I do not have gf . I don’t have anything for time waste . I am a free person now . I never had a thought of any Ex-gf … :sweat_smile:. I never had call of more than 20 minutes I have more time than most peoples.

So these are certain changes I noticed in the Nofap Journey . I know its seems long post but its worth a try …

When MIND is weak, situation is a PROBLEM,
When MIND is balanced, situation is CHALLENGE,
When MIND is strong, situation become OPPORTUNITY
