I just want to ask, have you heard of CBT (cognitive behavioral) or ACT (acceptance commitment therapy) and stuff like that?

I’m pretty sure having a non-judgemental and understanding therapist/psychologist would help. But I do not know about your financial situation. Therapy helps if you’re receptive and open to it. At least in my case.
