I started PMO related behavior in 2019. Ups and downs were encountered as time went by. In 2022, these days I entered a mud and underwent a semi-cycle of relapses. In Saturday’s morning, I announce the true beginning of quitting. Enough is enough. This mud shall be escaped from, and you people shall witness my announcement.
