After 90 days why we account the number of days?

I see lots of guys still count how many days they pass after 90 days, i know to forget a habit you need 90 days, so it’s 150 days but there some persons who counts even after 450 days ! I feel it’s not really too logic to stay counting for long time because actually, it shouldn’tbe forgotten thing after passing period precise ?. I need your opinions about this point :slight_smile:


I just continue to count so I can work towards goals. It’s worked for me. Some days I will forget, others I need to know where I stand so I won’t relapse.
