Hello. I started nofap about half a year ago since I realised that I m addicted to porn. I had some longer streaks during my journey and I managed to cut down my porn use and masturbation to something like once a month. The problem is whenever I am with my girlfriend I have a feeling that I won’t be able to keep my erection during sex. I experienced it before and it completely devastated my self confidence. Now anytime I try it I m very stressed out and I can’t enjoy it anymore.
Please give me advice what I can do to cope with this.

Your girl has to give you the security of having sex without having to have an orgasm, like looking at flowers for their beauty’s sake with no ultimate goal in mind. If you can turn the pathological notion around and start to play instead of having a performance mindset, sex will become real pleasure and not this burden.
