It’s been a week now, i’m still not exposed to any pornography, well i see a couple of half naked/mild lewd picture while exploring the internet. I’m struggling rn, the urge just hit me out of nowhere, the urge become more random, This is bad. Now the urge can hit me anywhere anytime. I need help to overtake the urge.
Yes, random urges will hit you. But that dentoes that you are on right path. Ignore them by engaging in any productive or intersting activity or hobby. Just go outside for a walk if urges become strong.
