Hey @alexcoz600 this is an interesting question and I guess not so easy to answer.
I can only share a bit of my experience and what I’ve read from other users in the NoFap community. Quite often, doing PMO causes the opposite: it gets more difficult to have an orgasm. The difficulty can range from “It takes a couple of minutes longer” to “I need rough penetration to ejaculate” or even “I can’t orgasm at all” (=PIED, ■■■■induced erectly dysfunction). I guess there are two major factors for that. One is the ■■■■itself. The images create a false “standard” and an actual partner in bed might seem disappointing. The other factor is the masturbation grip. With more masturbation, the penis gets used to more/rough stimulation and a partner can’t “provide” the same sort of stimulation, it’s not physically possible.
However, none of this means that PMO should be seen as a “tool” to use before having actual sex. That’s a shitty idea. It’s important to differentiate the sensory and propagative sides of sex. Some parts of that are mentioned in this book:

you are right ,real life partners are not stimulating like p*** ,so it may cause delayed ejaculation
but i think ,masturbation & real life is entirely different ,people usually use hand ,while im real life there is no hand ,so its very different
