IDK how writing diary is effective to boost my discipline but it does ,the 6 days when I didn’t written diary it was full of urges and triggers so i will try to commit to keep it as a habit as much as i can

7-minimum 10 mins Sports :white_check_mark: (5 points)
8-15 mins reading :x: (5 points)
9-waking up early and preparing room :x:

Haaaaa ,

I’ve Left the app for about 8 months, I’ve decided to back while things are going worse .
I read my topics that i wrote when i Started to write.
I descovered that i forget my story ,the pain the reasons , completely the story

I’ve not being on the mood of Nofap,so i decided to back and try to write even a little
