940 days and I will never Fap again, I am never tempted and I never have the urge to Watch Porn, Masturbate or Orgasm, those thoughts never come into my mind. My secret is to never think about Nofap . I believe the key to nofap is to not think about nofap, just live it without without thinking about it. For example an alcoholic who is always thinking about not drinking alcohol is in a sense always thinking about alcohol, so alcohol is always on his mind and is therefore always a temptation and will cause urges.
Living Nofap without thinking about nofap is what gave me victory over PMO. I believe that Nofap should be like breathing, you usually breathe without thinking about it, breathing is easier when you don’t think about it, Nofap is easier when you don’t think about it, just live it.
When I stopped masturbating some years ago it was really easy, I never thought about doing it again. I was too busy in high school.
