I’ve never tried yoga myself, but this sounds interesting. I’ll have to take a look into it! Thanks for the suggestion

Hi Special_Bird , I tried method you posted.
Journaling and talking to urge. I was doing good. Many times after talking to urge by writing everything it wants and why it wants was working fine. But after 3-4 times combating with urge I wrote what it wants and why but couldnt control myself.
Its been 4 years I lose many things due the addiction. Please help me where I went wrong.
