It’s 2:19 am, still up . I’m going to sleep now.
Have to take 7 hours sleep so I’ll have to wake up by 9:30.
Other than that goals for tomorrow.
- 6 hours study.
- Follow my complete workout schedule.
- Complete morning routine.
- Evening meditation.

- Study 8.5 hours and I will do it no matter what.
- No mobile (except for studies) till I complete 1st goal.
- Complete exercise schedule both wait training and cardio.
- Complete morning routine, not hurriedly.

Not a productive day , just did exercise and meditation only…
Damn it I totally forgot that we decided to do min 4 hours everyday , I have been messing up bad lately, just did 2.5 hours today.
Goals for today
- Workout, I might skip cardio as I am already late but I’ll do the rest.
- Morning routine (I do it post workout)
- Evening meditation.
- No internet (except for studies) until I complete 4 hours study, starting from the time I start studying

Very inconsistent in studies. Actually I’m confused as our boards are changing decisions now and then .

@Dean_Ambrose bruh your counter is red everyday now a days, don’t do this to yourself man it will drain you real bad. I know it is hard but it has been a while since you got stuck in chaser, get a hold of yourself bro. Share your feelings and all, do anything anything but relapse. You just have to avoid that one peek, which is in our control just put a barrier on your mind that you won’t search for anything triggering intentionally, rest will be taken care of on its own.
Yeah man, I’m not even tryingto stop the urges … And the fact that I’m not studying whole day , makes me sad and I end up relapsing …
I’ll read Easypeasy today again before sleeping…
