It’s 2:19 am, still up :man_facepalming:. I’m going to sleep now.
Have to take 7 hours sleep so I’ll have to wake up by 9:30.
Other than that goals for tomorrow.

  1. 6 hours study.
  2. Follow my complete workout schedule.
  3. Complete morning routine.
  4. Evening meditation.

  3. Complete exercise schedule both wait training and cardio.
  4. Complete morning routine, not hurriedly.

@Dean_Ambrose bruh your counter is red everyday now a days, don’t do this to yourself man it will drain you real bad. I know it is hard but it has been a while since you got stuck in chaser, get a hold of yourself bro. Share your feelings and all, do anything anything but relapse. You just have to avoid that one peek, which is in our control just put a barrier on your mind that you won’t search for anything triggering intentionally, rest will be taken care of on its own.

Yeah man, I’m not even tryingto stop the urges … And the fact that I’m not studying whole day , makes me sad and I end up relapsing …
