Explain to me how meditation works, should I sit down and meditate like a buddha or what? It seems strange to me

It’s nothing for me, I’d rather go to the gym

But I understand that someone is interested

Try to meditate with “Guided meditation” videos on YT for starters and see where this goes… When the big urges hit, you’ll need meditation for sure
