So far… I feel great. I have no sexual urges during the nights. I did notice that sexual thoughts were popping up in my head while I was working. Come to find out, my bladder was half full. After I used the bathroom, those thoughts disappeared. I guess a full bladder can trigger some of those thoughts.
Other than that, I feel very happy and full energy. Being 100% open and honest with my addiction has helped me a ton. Plus I get the satisfaction of helping others who are struggling with PMO. I’m very grateful for this community because I know that I don’t have to struggle with this addiction on my own. It’s very nice to have not 1 or 2 people, but a whole community that understands my struggle.
My goal is to be 1,000 days clean from PMO. Its a long road ahead, but I’m determined to change and become a new man that I was meant to be. I want to be a FREE MAN, no longer enslaved to PMO. Everyday, I have to fight for my Freedom. I CAN’T STOP AND I WON’T STOP!!!
