Today… Was a miserable day. I did nothing… But it’s 100% OK, because it’s one more day in my NoFap 90-day challenge :facepunch:

I took advantage of this day to rethink my routines and implement simple evening routine.

I also decide to focus only on two challenges : NoFap (of course!) and daily routines for success.

As you can see, with my daily routines challenge, I go for several challenges: cold shower, self-improvement, using English, …

I think the cornerstone of my change has to be self-discipline. The best way to do this is to incorporate routines into my days.

I may add new things later when I fell comfortable with these new habits.

I very glad for this day. It’s not yet perfect, but clearly in progress. I move on :facepunch:

Tomorrow I’ll do job applications, not 5, but 10! I know I can do it, because I’m preparing it for weeks. And I know how it’s important to my life to start with a good job.

I beginning new workout program. A soft one, but a very efficient one. Step by step, I’m going to build my body.

A new failure with my morning routine. I didn’t wake up at 6 o’clock, but at 11 :frowning:
Therefore, my morning routine has been a shame… And I wasn’t productive today.

The positive side is I’ve worked on self-improvement and my abilities to embrace Abondance of life. I’m feeling very good and very motivated to progress in my life. I deeply know that I’m exceptional, as you are my brothers! My faith is growing everyday! And I’m feeling a new sense of joy and energy. Thanks to nofapping.

My attitude begins to be more positive! I’ve more energy, even if it’s always very difficult to wake’up earlier.

I’m a little bit worried about my lack of libido and erections. I can’t anymore feel my sexual energy. I hope it’s just a question of time.

Today, it’s was an easy day without any urges. It was a productive one, even if my morning routine was absent.

I continue to do my best to improve my life step by step… Even if these steps are very small. The most important is to move on because standing still is to die slowly.

Why not include time to bed in your journal? Just a suggestion :grinning:
Just to track whether you are taking enough sleep.
Sometime we take enough sleep although with different sleep-wake cycle than early riser.

@JumpingBuddha : thank you for your advice. It’s a good idea, but I’m not sure to be ready to implement this new habit.

I’m always in the 90-day challenge! It’s pretty easy. No big urges. I’m very busy in my life and it helps a lot.

A very good benefit of this challenge is my penis getting sensitive and I got very strong erections every morning. It’s very pleasant.

With years of masturbation and porn… More than 15!.. I lost a lot. I can’t explain it, but it’s like if my penis was so tired… Broken!

But now it’s like if I’m gonna be younger and younger :slight_smile: This only one reason is enough to never go to PMO!

So, now I’m focus on this challenge and the improvement of my erection quality.

I’m doing my best to try to improve my life, but I suffer from a lack of discipline. It’s why I don’t write here anymore.

I’m very focusing on my daily energy and my erection quality. Both are linked.

I’m working on a new habit that I’ve defined as the most important one: having a regular time to bed (thanks @JumpingBuddha).

Every evening I stop screens at 9 o’clock to prepare to go to bed at 10! My aim is to wake up at 6’oclock.

I’ve realised it’s stupid to try to wake up earlier if I’m exhausted from a long time of sleep deprivation and chronic stress.

To improve my life, I have to improve my energy! It’s why I choose to do my best to reduce stress in my life and to improve joy and pleasure.

It’s my responsibility to listen to my body and to care about it.

My erection quality is going better and better! Without porn, my brain is making new connexions between my mind and my penis sensations. I can already feel it. It’s my 24th day without PMO and my erectile functions are already recovering.

This Challenge is awesome! Small step by small step I reconquer my life.

I didn’t have recovered my full energy yet, but I’m optimistic. I know that I can reverse the entropy phenomena in my body and in my mind.

Stress and anxiety are strongly hurtful. It’s my responsibility to reconsider how I could live my life without these enemies: by considering my relationship through new perspectives, to choose carefully my friends and people with whom I share valuable time, defining healthy diet, regenerative sleep cycles, meditation, workout, …

Hope, brothers and sisters, you’re all very proud of your journey to your true potential.

It’s wonderful! 30 days :white_check_mark: 30% of my 90-day challenge.

I’ve started to be very serious with job applications. I’m sure, success is very close :slight_smile:

I have made some progress with my sleep: go to bed earlier and wake up on a regular basis. It takes time, but I’ll have a good regular sleep cycle. I’m working on it.

In a few time, I’ll have enough energy to implement a daily routine of heroes!

I’m with all of you my brothers and sisters. We’re here to level up humanity.
