Hey Kate! I know relapse sometimes feels like a punch to the face but the thing that matters is you got back up on your feet even though you felt bald after relapsing. When you get urges , try not to give into the feelings and try using the emergency feature of this app , it works ! Do anything that distracts your mind from P and M when you get urges. I don’t think much about getting urges or porn , I learned from my mistakes. My highest streak before this current one was 10 days , now I’m at almost 18 days! I didn’t get a single urge.

I have been away from the application for a while. The reason is that I have changed my phone and, oddly enough, I have a habit of not modifying them while they still have little time to use, so I don’t like to install new applications when I have a new phone. It may seem silly, but that’s the reason hahaha

Keep at it. I had two edges/peeks but stopped myself because I can’t and will not go back. I know its hard, but think about the amazing benefits of being free from porn and sharing your life, sexuality and fantasies with another person who you authentically love and care for.
