Days 26-50: 11th April to 5th May 2023

In the past 25 days I have:
Resisted many strong urges to return to PMO
Continued studying the Qur’an
Continued working on my dropshipping business
Lost another 2 kg towards my weight loss goals
Continued recording videos and posting on my YouTube channel
Continued to support and advise my family through difficult times
Undergone a successful surgical operation

In the next 25 days, LORD willing, I want to:

Study the Qur’an more by completing at least 10 Qur’anic lectures
Lose at least another 3 kg by cutting back on junk food, regular exercise and consistent intermittent fasting
Put more energy into my dropshipping business by adding at least 400 items for sale on my store
Spend more time on my goals and plans and less time on video games, TV shows and social media
Read more about addiction recovery and take detailed notes

My health is okay, I am still healing. It will take about a month to recover from the surgery. I have another appointment at the hospital in a couple of days to check how things are going and advise what I can do to aid my recovery process.
