Now a days I only have very few days and time in general which I can devote to myself, for improving me, but this time I’ll be at my home only until 23rd January, I reached here on 11th, but I’ve not been making good utilisation of my days, yeah I tried to complete the pending sleep debt but apart from that I’ve wasted a lot of time as well.
So I am here to get a hold of my holiday self improvement routine.
So I sleep around 12 now a days, and I have to attend a call in morning 8:45 for about half an hour, I can plan to get out of bed before that, by 8:30 or so, freshen up and then attend the call, after that workout, either home workout or gym depending on how much time I have and what activities I have planned for the day, after that I want to arrange a prayer/meditation session and Gita reading afterwards.
Then I can chill until lunchtime, watching some show or take care of the chores I need to in terms of arrangements for marriage.
A short call before lunch, then after lunch a short nap, and then I need to work on guitar practice, I can switch this to morning as well before lunch and after gita reading depending on the urgency of the chores.
After that I can arrange to play basketball if people are available to play, if no one is available I can continue with guitar and then ask some of my friends to hangout in the evening.
After returning, bath, then I can watch some good show for sometime or maybe again continue with guitar.
I am somewhat out of practice guitar wise so I am planning to practice from scratch using some online videos that I have.
Ok then dinner and after dinner call and then sleep.
Immediately after dinner I am planning to post an update here.
My in laws will also be visiting us in few days I might get busy in those days but I have to be conscious of my routine rest of the days.

For today its 11:40 am right now and I haven’t done anything till now.

  1. We just got a little new dog yesterday, he was roaming in the street came to me wiggling its tail and we adopted it, I am going to check on it, even though my sister and dad are there to care good care of it.
  2. Then I’ll workout, home workout with dumbbelles, it’ll be around 1, then I have to make two difderent calls, one routine and one related to chores, after that I’ll have lunch.
  3. A short nap after lunch, then I have a basketball match planned today at 4 pm, I’ll have to leave for it by 3:15.
  4. After returning I’ll find those google drive links of guitar lessons from my gmail and start with it.
  5. Then after dinner before the routine call I’ll post here.

That’s all for today, tomorrow I’ll try to follow whar I posted for daily routine.

Feb 16 Morning around 4 am
It’s been a while since I last posted here but I was just feeling that I need this.
So its like I have two completely different lives, one is when I am at work and other when I am in off period. During work days I have a very strict and fix routine down upto 5-10 minutes accuracy in each thing, I stay busy entire day I even go to gym on daily basis, find time for loved ones even after completing all my job based work.
And then there’s this life when I am in off period, I come home after overnight travelling and atleast 2-3 days go by covering up the sleep debt from work days and overnight travelling and then what happens is thaf my schedule becomes completely erratic, at work I have to be at work by 7 do I tend to sleep by 12 atleast but here nope, see its 4 am and I am still not asleep, its not generally tha case but yeah I don’t keep any bar on sleeping time because I don’t have to wake up in the morning, plus I spend a hell lot of time on my phone, especially on insta (while we are not allowed to take oir phones to work).
I had decided since last holiday that I’ll watch online guitar lessons which I have saved but I still haven’t watched them, and in last holiday I went to gym just one day and in this holiday I haven’t at all, I went to play a few days same applies for last holiday but no gym.

Now I only have 4 days left at home, sun, mon, tue, wednesday. Thursday will go in travelling.
I also have several small pending works 1. I have to put an expense claim of one work trip, 2. I have to arrange documents for furniture allowance clearance 3. I have to arrange docs for one other trip but that I can do after reaching platform with a friend’s assistance, above two are more important.
Ohhh and I also had to apply for passport, I might have to go for foreign trips after some time.

All these tasks can be tacked easily but the point is sleeping and waking up on time is must.
What is done is done now, I can’t do anything about today now :sweat_smile:, what I can do is to be more mindful about sleeping pattern next three nights.

For today I’ll keep an alarm for 6 hours later, and if I feel the need I’ll take a nap after lunch.
What I have to do tomorrow is to get new household items installed in place and plan to play in the evening.
The above tasks I can focus on from Monday, but yeah I need to sleep and wake up on time else my mind won’t work properly.

Anyway, I feel a little light now, off to sleep. GN.
