Day 16
Push day in gym, chest, shoulders, triceps. Pushed my limits in bench press, couldn’t got oo heavy. 100 pounds 9 reps, 110 pounds 4 reps, 120 pounds 3 reps. (So about 54kgs max). (my arms (shoulder region mainly) are feeling dead)
Short prayer/meditation done.

Day 17
Gym pull day (back, biceps, forearms), didn’t go too heavy with back because back still hasn’t properly recovered from that PR 3 days ago (did all deadlift reps with 45 kgs today), also triceps and chest are dead since yesterday, I need more sleep for proper recovery, hopefully I’ll do better at home this time because I’ve decided to go to a gym nearby my house every morning.
Short prayer and meditation done. Also oiled my hair (I do this once in 2-3 days before sleeping and wash my hair after waking up). Also talked to a friend. GN now.

Day 18
Well I didn’t get to take afternoon power nap today (I take around 15-20 min of nap in afternoon usually), and in the evening my head started aching a little, I still pushed myself to go to the gym but when I started working out my head was aching even more and I was also feeling sleepy :sweat_smile:, I probably have severe sleep deprivation, been getting only about 6-7 hours of sleep and that combined with heavy gymming :skull:, that’s why I have to take rest days frequently, have not even been doing cardio in gym for last three four days, will take proper sleep today, it’s around 10:15 and I am off to bed already, will get 8+ hours sleep hopefully and go to gym on time tomorrow evening, will also go for cardio (if work allows).
Short prayer and meditation done.
I have to work on one thing and that is to say things more carefully after giving a little bit of thought rather than saying/ telling people anything which I later regret. I guess since I’ve been acknowledging this I am getting better at this but I still need to work on this.

Day 19
Gym: Cardio 3.5kms run (23min), about 1000 skipping, Legs and core day. Heavy ones were squat 60kg* 5 reps then 70kgs 4 reps*2 sets. Leg press 90kgs 11 reps set1 then 8 reps set2.
Felt quite satisfied afterwards.
Short prayer and meditation done. Late to sleep but still can get around 7 hours of sleep.

Day 20
Had to take rest day because got quite late in work. Talked to a couple of friends. Short prayer,medtn done, gonna go back to land tomorrow.

Day 21
My off period has started, Had to come back to land, woke up with a nightmare :sweat_smile:, and directly opened my laptop to check messages etc., ended up spending time on insta.
Became quite lazy, just oiled my hair, washed face and washed hair after some time. Reached Mumbai around 1:30 pm, went to the hotel, met a friend, ended up eating some food which I later regretted (some sweets and some street food), so I decided to go to gym.
Worked out for about 45 mins, Push day, took a bath, had dinner, took 1 hour nap (couldn’t fall asleep properly) and left for airport, currently at airport (1:45 am, flight at 3 am), sleepy but can’t sleep, will sleep in flights, will be reaching home by 11 or 12 in the morning.
Short prayer and meditation done.

I’ve decided to follow diet, workout (gym and basketball) and sleep schedule seriously for whatever time I stay at home atleast.
I also looked at a couple of books at a bookstore here, the curiosity and excitement to read books is there but I already have two pending books which I’ve read half and gym basketball and guitar will take all my time :sweat_smile:, so decided not to buy any new ones, will most probably resume the ones I’d been reading.
I have to attend a family function as soon as I reach home, will probably have to spend around 2-3 days there only, after that I’ll try to follow all habits one day including reading, and then make a time table to follow on free days along with how much time I can spend on a particular hobby and what alternatives to follow if I am unable to follow that hobbu because of any reason.

Day 22
Reached home in afternoon, just slept most of the day, watched a movie with family. About to sleep now.
Will have to go in a family function for next two days so I’m planning to workout tomorrow morning before going.

Day 23
Wokr up, played guitar a bit, then had to immediately get ready for family gathering, spent almost entire day with cousin sister, tomorrow also I’ll be here only, will get back home tomorrow evening and start gym and basketball day after tomorrow onwards whenever I get time.
