Still struggling with getting up early. I went for an job interview today. It went quite well and even I got selected.

Today my checklist looks like below:

6 hrs study is impossible… if you have not a habit of study for atleast 4 hours before it.

Definitely it’s difficult. But I don’t have any other option. I am gonna get married in 2-3 years and before that I want to be the best man I can be. Only a 6 hours dedicated study can turn things around for me. There is no other option

I am not able to study 6 hours because I am looking for another job. And because of interviews, commuting, negotiations and future planning a lot of time is getting consumed. Once I am done with this I should be able to study 6 hours.

Dear diary,

I have competed 2 weeks of nofap hardmode.
I gave myself a break of 2-3 days. I slept watched movies and went shopping. From tomorrow I need to get back to trying harder for my goals.

Start practicing Gratitude write atleast 5-7 things you are grateful for before you sleep. Suppose if you lost the job phone laptop or dint had food to eat then wont you be sad bcz you don’t have what you had earlier. So be grateful for things you have maintain gratitude journal. Write everything you have and want from life in present or past tense (no future). This one practice of writing gratitude before bed transformed my life. I am on Day 42 breaking a 12+ years addiction with daily fap habbit even upto 6times a day. Now i am free bcz i have taught my mind to remain grateful and happy in whatever I have and that’s the key to achieve the prefect life one desires. 9nbmfc

Dear diary,

Finally after 24 days of nofap hardmode I feel I have regained a lot of energy. Today I was able to feel fresh even after 5 hours of sleep. I automatically woke up at 4:00 AM. After couple of days I will again form a routine and push my self harder to achieve my goals.
