I don’t think so I am even scoring 30 marks which is cutoff. Made very silly calculation mistakes and 3-4 question were easy but I didn’t do revision so left it.

After I saw the paper I felt completing syllabus is better than focusing more on few topics. Questions don’t go as deep conceptually as it do in jee advanced.

yes, that’s true, I didn’t leave even a single topic fortunately which was mentioned in syllabus when I got good rank, some part toh I covered just the day before gate :rofl:, they were some theoretical topics and guess what 4 marks were based on those only.

Day 11
We had amost no work till lunch then new shift incharge arrived and suddenly got a lot busy till evening.
After work I made a turmeric based kaadha which my sister recommended, went to the nearby gym (it’s’ small but is literally outside my room) just worked out for about 20 minutes, didn’t wanna overexert while suffering from cold, then after dinner I again had some hot water with turmeric, I think I am feeling a little better, also prayed and meditated a little. Slept pretty late last night, wasn’t able to sleep for some reason, since new shift incharge is here I can’t be lenient now so have to reach on exact time and for that I’ll have to sleep asap. GN.

Day 12
There was some emergency so had to work till 9, still went to gym for a while, prayer and a litttle bit of meditation also done. Cold is still there, I guess it was a little better than last day. had good sleep last night, gym definitely helps with sleep. A little late to sleep GN.

Day 13
Did deadlift PR in gym today, 160 lbs 8 reps 190lbs 5 reps, 210lbs (aboout 92 kgs) 4 reps. I had been training at around 50 kgs in deadlift for quite some time now, there’s one dude here who did around 200 lbs so I did 210 :rofl:, didn’t realise it was 90+kgs because I usually go in the other gym where weights are in kgs, else I wouldn’t have gone above 60-70 kgs max which would have been better actually, hopefully everything stays fine tomorrow :skull:.
worked well, prayer and short meditation also done.

Some for our gym here. The lbs thing is confusing

There will always be one guy like that :joy: . I remember when I just joined the Gym I do dumbell press 5 Kgs . So total 10 Kg from both hands. Then I saw a guy doing the same thing with 25 Kg on one hand :slightly_smiling_face:

Let it be that way, sometimes what we feel is different than the number. If we know the exact figure maybe 60 kg will feel heavy if we don’t know it, we go by feeling and even 70 kg can feel like 55.

Day 14
Gym cardio 2.5km run, legs + core day. (total time about 1.5 hrs)
Prayer and short meditation done.
Off to bed.
(Energy levels are nice plus I’ve become quite driven for everything lately)

my upper body is okish in terms of muscles, my legs are quite developed (probably because of basketball)

Day 15
I was feeling pretty tired today while working, probably because of intensive workout last two days so I decided to take rest day today, had some maggi in evening lol, talked to a couple of friends.
Short prayer and meditation done. Off to sleep now.
