What is Mini Review ?
I will write about hourly reviews of each day at times. It is known as Mini Review
What is Main Focus ?
The important things to be done in certain hours of a day is the Main Focus of the day
What is Meditation Minute ?
It is the duration of minutes when I will sit down for meditation
What is GTP Therapy ?
Drink two to three glass of water whenever you feel light to medium urges. Most of the time you will feel an urge to pee. Just GTP ( Go To Pee ). Passing the pee will reduce urges, stress and anxiety as well.
