In this thread , I will write my Goals and Destinations.
This is not only a thread for my goals but also a thread of tools and resources. As time passes, I will wrote about more tools and techniques and provide more resources for our fight.

What is Mini Review ?

I will write about hourly reviews of each day at times. It is known as Mini Review

What is Main Focus ?

The important things to be done in certain hours of a day is the Main Focus of the day

What is Meditation Minute ?

It is the duration of minutes when I will sit down for meditation

What is GTP Therapy ?
Drink two to three glass of water whenever you feel light to medium urges. Most of the time you will feel an urge to pee. Just GTP ( Go To Pee ). Passing the pee will reduce urges, stress and anxiety as well.

Fitness Goal :

  • 3 hours of Yoga
  • Run 5 K
  • 15 hours of breathing exercise

Reading Goal :

  • 1 hour of book reading

Self Improvement :

  • Will speak in english with a friend

Learning Goals:

  • I learnt french today

  • Focusing on goals must work
