Because I tried every other solution… I really need someone to talk to when I feel like I am weak…
I am a doctor… I know exactly what’s going on each time I relapse… It’s just not enough strength by me to overcome this addiction…
Hey good to see you here. Here people are really supportive and the apps is wonderful. You can set reminders every hours that will act like notification. And dont swipe it. It has positive effect on me to remind myself of the real struggle every time I am using my device, so not to be easily swayed by any triggers.
Also I made it vibrates so whenever there’s new reminder even if I dont see it its good enough to keep my focus unshakeable on this that NoFap is the only way. Otherwise I am just a fool to do what I know I will regret later after doing it so many times.
I recently grad from med school too.
