So I started most of my habits after reading the book
‘Miracle morning’ by Hal Elrod.
And coincidentally I made a good streak after that and followed all habits seriously during those 100+ days, because of which most of these habits started coming naturally to me.

If you want to learn visualisation and gratitude specifically you can try 6 phase meditation by Vishen Lakhiani, it is very nice.
About meditation I follow mindfulness breathing, I learnt about it in a video named ‘7 different kinds of meditation’ by improvement pill.

Thanks bro, my main aim is PSUs though, I will most probably leave Mtech midway if I get selected for a job in public sector or government.

Don’t. There’s a saying, Jab jago tabhi sabera.
Start again and be very careful about the triggers. Eliminate them at the very first stage itself.

Once you’re trapped, there’s dopamine rush resulting the motivation and self control part (frontal part) of brain being hijacked. So at that moment you can’t think anything else and end up relapsing.

Today afternoon I watched a documentary on Srila Prabhupada, it was so good, I cried through the whole thing.
I also pondered upon somethings, I was getting a feeling like I noticed some people criticising me now a days, I was also getting a little bit bothered about it. I gave deep thought on why this could be happening, I came to the conclusion that I had been acting cockily recently, I was thinking that I know or I’ve got more than others which is not the case at all, I am still an average person who has a lot to learn, I wasn’t ready to accept this and today I realized how stupid it was.
Apart from this I thought about the fact which @anon87955785 pointed out a few days back, that I pretend to be lazy and still appear to be getting things done, well I am somewhat lazy in some aspects and I realized it’s only and only by God’s grace that I achieved whatever little I have, God gives me right sense and right direction whenever I am in need and I am really really grateful for this, I actually can’t express this feeling in words.

In the evening I went to play, no one was on the Court, practiced for some time, 3 guys came to the Court, they were from Delhi we shot some hoops and talked, they were just here for vacation, they asked about way to paraglider landing site I decided to walk them there because no one was playing, after that I walked to the other court, no one was playing there as well, I saw some people dancing in a room beside the court, the foreigner girl I saw last time on the court was also dancing there, I was about to ask them about if it was dance class or something but everyone left all of a sudden, then I practiced for sometime in that court, one American guy joined me, we shot some hoops and talked, after that I walked back home so a lot of walking, I didn’t have my phone with me so don’t know how many steps but must be atleast 5-6 kms, also quite some good social interactions. On the way back I thought about what @the_resilient_one said about social battery, I thought I am probably never gonna meet the people I met today again and we have a limited mental capacity to know everything about everyone so what’s the point of all the interactions then I thought and realized that I like making people to open up about everything :joy:, whoever I meet I get to know their whole life story even in limited interaction and I get a good kick by making such connections, it doesn’t seem very logical but that’s how it is.
That’s about it, a good day overall.
One more thing, since I am having quite some time on my hands I should atleast set proper slots for studies for atleast about 2-3 hrs pf deep focus a day along with enjoying myself, I gotta keep my brain active as well along with my body, since yesterday I had been thinking about a reading marathon for reading the book ‘your brain on porn’ which I left midway and decided to read it completely when I have free time and I have that for now so why not. Hoping to finish it in next 1-2 days, but it’s taxing to go for a reading marathon when you don’t have hard copy, I’ll go for it anyway.

Looooong post, but deep one :joy:.

Practice is required to not lose the touch…
Every interaction paves way for improved social and communication skills…
Also we can try new styles with strangers and see what works out the best…

True true. I also answered it myself though in next line :joy:.

Yeah English speaking practice is one of the reasons I like making conversations with random people, I almost always start in English first.
New styles like what? New dialects? New gestures? And how would we know if it worked or not
