haa same . My diet is even more than my healthy fellows . Doctors have always said not to worry , you’ll automatically start to gain fat once your height reaches the max .

Don’t lift too heavy weights, it might stress your lower back which might lead to some issues with height.
Workouts with lightweight dumbbells (upto 5kgs) and body weight workouts won’t affect height.

Overall today was exactly the same as yesterday :sweat_smile:.
I was expecting to join the zoom meeting with Josh Hudson team but no one joined at the scheduled time, they tricked me :crying_cat_face::joy:. But anyway moving on, I am having an interview guidance session tomorrow morning at 10:30, I’ll try to wake up by 8 so that I can cover all my morning chores before that.

Attended the interview guidance session today morning, went to play in the evening, my foot has gotten better, I was almost at full capacity. Then after dinner, we opened up a pack of wafers that my father brought, my grandma said that wafers are supposed to be eaten with icecream, I remembered we had some icecream in the refrigerator, I crushed some wafors and had them with oreo icecream, man it was so damn delicious :joy:, no regrets at all. It was Sunday so I intentionally went to play and also had a little sweet snacks. Anyway I’ll chill for some time now and sleep.

Height affected by workout is a myth created by tall people who were literally jealous of shorter people who got ripped. No joke, you can check it out.

Also built people may appear shorter because they are a bit bulky with wider shoulders. But dont worry it wont affect height.

Today morning I woke up at 9:30 (because I slept at 1:30), my mom was home today, she asked me if I had booked a return ticket as well from Mumbai, I realized I hadn’t so I did that, I booked a train ticket, I’ll going via flight and will be returning via train, by the time I did that it was 10:50, I already had my workout clothes on but then I suddenly remembered I had an online test for Mtech admission at IIT Delhi :rofl:, the session was scheduled at 10 10-11 would have been for document verification and test was supposed to start at 11, I hurriedly joined, showed my documents and gave the test, it ended at 12 lol and I hadn’t done a single thing till then :sweat_smile:, then I did my morning chores, had brunch around 2 :man_facepalming:, by the time I finished my half an hour nap it was 4 already and then I had one interview guidance session :joy:, it lasted only for half an hour only, then I studied a bit, then we all did kirtan for 45 minutes, the Manjeera/Kartal I ordered had arrived today itself so I spent sometime on learning basics of that instrument, used it during Kirtan. So yeah not a very productive day today, I will cover up for the mess in studies tomorrow, some things were unexpected actually it was my ignorance only, I literally totally forgot about the test :man_facepalming:, otherwise I would have done my chores accordingly but what is done is done, will give my best tomorrow :v:, also I need to take care of sleeping time, 12-12:30 is fine but I’ve been sleeping at 1:30 for last two days which isn’t taking me anywhere will sleep on time today.

We think that we have to change ourself to something new to get rid of PMO…but its quite different…we just need to revert back to our original selves…the state when our body and mind was not aware of PMO…

So continue this journey of reverting, to be free from PMO…

Ok so I relapsed last night, it was again a bad one, don’t wanna get into details about it, let’s just say it was PMO.

So last night after all of it happened I decided to take some big steps, I had an account on a nsfw site, firstly I deleted that, then I deleted my twitter account permanently, after that I deleted my Instagram account permanently as well (though twitter and insta take about one month for complete deletion) but that’s a very positive and big decision I took, especially deleting insta permanently, I realized that I can’t become the person I aspire to be if I keep attached to insta. Also I had decided last night that I am gonna take 3-4 days break from all socials including RC.

Then today morning I felt like relapsing again, my mind was saying there was that video/ that person you didn’t watch, but I decided to workout instead, did 45 minutes intense workout, during the workout I thought why am I working out, why self improvement at all, why not PMO day and night, then the voice came you don’t want to be a pervert, you don’t want to le lifeless, all you want is a good happy life and working out, self improvement are key ingredients for that, PMOing doesn’t come anywhere close to that purpose.
After that I took a cold shower, had lunch with grandma, watched two videos on self help/self improvement because I had actually been forgetting why I embarked on this journey.
One video said, just reading and gaining a lot of knowledge on self help won’t take you anywhere you just have to implement all of it, only that will work.
Then in another there were 8 basic principles of self improvement, one of the points was find a community of like minded supportive people and I realized I already have such a community and hence I decided to post this here.

Starting again! I’ll have to make a few changes again. Struggle is real but it just leaves us stronger than before, just never give up.
