(24 M) Another old Diary

No worries bro. Try to be calm and sleep as much you want… don’t think about relapse for now.
Finding the same method/way to keep winning from this shit

Yes bro :triumph:

Well if you stay sane then every platform is same and if you are not then there’s no escaping.

That’s actually true, there’s no other way than to not give in to urges, but I messed up, what is done is done, moving on and focusing on getting better.

Yeah bro I also thought this, there’s no way a person can be strong all the time, it is possible but with time, hardwork, practice and persistence.

Yes Imma dedicate good time today to fill my brain with positive motivation, strengthening my old ways and finding some new ways of dealing with this issue.

When I said very badly in this post, what I actually meant was this, which can be unbelievable for some.
I actually relapsed last night (twice :grimacing:), after that I thought why I am not devastated by this, then I fell asleep after some time, I forgot to put my phone on detox for today, and then I again relapsed today morning, I was actually thinking of watching p** throughout the day but then I was actually devastated after it happened. I myself can’t believe how this could happen but it did. So now I actually get the meaning of the lines from easy peasy, ‘one relapse after a long time won’t do anything for you, you’d think I didn’t get hooked, let’s go for it again but the little monster has its pangs already deep rooted in you amd you are back in the addiction’, I had been feeling that from a couple of days.
Just wanted to let this out and accept that yes there’s still a part of me that is this weak and vulnerable.

I can understand you. I just relapsed now. Feels terrible. Only twice yesterday ? Then you are in a better situation. Don’t consider me , I am boasting or something, because now it sucks coz I fapped 10 times in one stretch.

Now feeling like a drug addict or something. Just want to sleep now

Well I decided to apply a new method this time because I came across a training by Josh Hudson called Habit construction Therapy, which is proven to help many quit porn addiction, I watched the free video available for it and then I have scheduled a call with their experts on 7th May. The basic idea behind this method is pretty clear by the name itself, take the urges and convert them into productive habits, I didn’t get any specific details from the free video, I hope I get good details by attending the call day after tomorrow, it did clear on thing though, definition of insanity: insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting same results, that’s why I need to do atleast something different this time. I am also thinking about starting reading your brain on porn rather than sticking with the same easy peasy hackbook, which I know I already have good knowledge about.
Oh and apart from this I asked my family that we would do Kirtan atleast once every week, and I did order a new Manjeera for kirtan (it’s an easy to handle musical instrument).

Oh no, one thing that I know is that you will come back stronger from this no matter how bad it may seem.

Yes. its a hack book (not by an original author) based on quitting all types of ■■■■. (Its effective for those u truly understand it. Others just quit :joy: )
If you’re too busy u can also just type EASY PEASY AUDIOBOOK on yt and listen to it.

Well I stumbled upon it in an ad :joy:. I saw the free video by signing in from my mail and he sent me a mail to schedule a zoom meeting, which is gonna be tomorrow night, I have no idea how it’s gonna go.
You can actually search for Josh Hudson on YouTube, he has some really good videos about this addiction, maybe he has link to that. Here are a few of his videos that they shared with me via email

Basically the idea is to create all the necessary habits that fulfill your actual needs, the needs that lead you to pmo. This guys promotes hard work, tells us to embrace hard nature of things, so that we undergo overall development on this journey and honestly that is the best way to go with it, awesome content. I had watched some of his videos previously but I had no idea how hard this guy has actually worked for this.

You can download the pdf, or epub version or read on site from this link, there’s audiobook too within the same link (it’s available on YouTube as well)

Thanks bro, I’ll give my best

I noticed today and yesterday that short 20-25 min nap leaves you fresh and active but if it extends to about 1 hour or so, it has the opposite effect, you feel sleepy all day even after that nap.
I embraced hard work today, performed all tasks in good way, studied well, read the book your brain on porn which I intended to read for 5-10 minutes but ended up reading for about half an hour :joy:. Oh and believe it or not but I ate 6 aloo paranthas for dinner :muscle::joy:. Anyway I’ll chill for sometime now then sleep.

yes, that’s the idea of a powernap. Any longer than 20-25 minutes and you enter the sleep cycle, in which case it’s not worth the nap.

Hey @The_integrous_one . I told one of my senior about my workout schedule , he told me that you shouldn’t start heavy workout from now , it may affect your height growth .
I am 15 now and my height is something around 5’6" . He asked me to give a little bit of more time to your height growth and then start when you reach your max height around 18 . I started workout because of nofap but I don’t know about these things . Can you or any other guy let me know that it is true or not . I am confused .

I started working out when i was 11 lol i remember putting a 20 min video everyday ( old memories) and i didn’t know about any nutrition nothing. I just lower my daily intake and did my only 10 min workout of that 20 min everyday and got fit and my height was also increased. The problem was with me that i was not consistent enough i just do something for 1-2 month then leave it. Consistency matters a lot.
