Really open up in front of them, tell them I was stupid in the past, I had done some mistakes, but I am not that anymore. Wasted the day today, now I found this app called minimalist phone to minimize phone usage, let’s see how it works outs.
Going out now, will watch shang chi after dinner, the movie seems like an added pressure now so will get on with it.
Won’t visit RC after the movie. Will sleep and wakeup on time so that I’ll study well tomorrow.

Watched Shang Chi last night, it was awesome, it had some good quotes as well and Shang Chi’s physique was lit , lean, muscular and fast. Yesterday I was thinking I am getting a little fat, even though my weight is same, my face and tummy looked a little thicker and instead of doing something I was just complaining, I had not been doing much cardio lately so I pushed my limits today after getting motivated by Shang Chi , my record was 5km run in single go in 28 minutes (about 2 years ago), I decided to run didn’t expect to go this long but as I completed 1km, (the mark where I started getting little tired when I used to run), I wasn’t tired so I decided imma break my record today, it felt long so I aimed for completing just 500m and repeated it until I reached 6km mark, my legs started aching a bit after 5 km but it’s normal if you run after a long time, and as soon as I completed 6kms I sprinted for another 500m, hell yeah . So new record 6.5 km without stopping in about 36 min. I am thinking of making a habit of running now on, it’s good cardio and will help me shed off weight easily, though I won’t be aiming for this much daily , I’ll keep a low bar of about 1 km and high bar about 4 kms.
Now about mobile usage, I am using minimalist phone app, no detox but it allows moderation in a good way, like I used WhatsApp for about 15 minutes throughout the day and RC for about 12 minutes, didn’t use anything else except for productive purposes. That’s why I have removed the condition of no internet till dinner, will add if I find it’s necessary, the app seems legit to me but today was actually a good mood day, can actually judge the app completely only if it proves helpful on a bad mood day .
Also whatever time I spent studying today was quite productive so yaay .
