Remember bro, everyone’s suffering here. So people are frustrated and may act out with those feelings inside.
You don’t have to heed them…just ignore and move forward. You can save a lot of time like that…
Coz its like you are extracting the motivation from the wrong source.
If Hate and revenge is your motivation maybe it won’t last for everyone.
Also, maybe you pushed yourself too hard…with all those activities and your mind is overloaded.
Take it easy for tomorrow. Complete all the important tasks maybe…
See its about consistency, even a little! Its the same thing I keep reminding myself.
Don’t know its hard to find motivation these days. Not realizing its from the wrong source , when I got some motivation , it was actually some sort of blessing. Because its not easy for me get motivated.
Don’t take this the wrong way but I would like to point out one thing.
Don’t focus on so many tasks .
Prioritize a few main tasks (You know from the habit teir list S or A category at most) and focus on them, aim for not missing them ever.
Do less and do it perfectly
It will take a lot of pressure off your brain.
And in a few days once you feel all of it is coming naturally to you, add some more to the list.
