It’s been 4 days since I’ve been following waking up around 7. But I take enough sleep so it works.
You are shifting by just half an hour, you’ll get used to it in a few days, don’t get dependent on tea , and also make sure to sleep by 10:30, our bodies can take a shift in routine but they can’t take less sleep.

Even I don’t drink it from childhood…coz I have seen it gives us compulsion towards it…sort of like addiction…
Tea I don’t like, but I used to have coffee 2-3 years back, as soon as I learned about how bad it is for sleep and caffeine is addictive in itself, I gave it up completely. Maybe I’ll have it once a year if it’s necessary but I don’t rely on it.
I actually know what things are addictive (including sugar) and I try to stay as away from them as possible
