I am starting again .

Almost 6 months gone from my life, Lost every battles of my life in every aspects after leaving forum things changed … there are lots of ups and downs came …fapping make me a person i even can’t imagine in dreams that is still nothing …

So This time its fight for becoming SOMETHING FROM NOTHING. I come back again with new energy to begin this new phase of my life …

This time No more promise …just going to complete my daily tasks … small minute tasks gather together can build a empire one day …
i’m making this diary more simple … No more hurdle just stright on the go …

From tomorrow onwards i will change my priority to wake up early at 4am , followed by exercise and a meditation session …

These three things are main pillar of the day to be the person i admire …i.e. to be SOMETHING… And till today i ignore 2 things out of these 3 … Only thing i was used to doing is meditation till today.

But from tomorrow let’s make a change in habit to make life more interesting and enjoy the process.

Its the 6th day and i already saw some fundamental changes in my behaviour and character and I am glad and thanks to myself for that as my decision to come back on forum starts changing me …

Guys NoFap is a process if you really enjoy it with some personality changes traits you will be above par …Don’t lose hope … Its always your day … Cease your day guys…

Make Certain changes again in Life Style … As finally I joined Gym Today … I have never been into gym … and its the one the best decision i have taken for my personality.

I stopped reading SLIGHT EDGE and start reading POWER OF SUBCONSCIOUS MIND … and changes my study hours to 6 hours as i included 2 mock test of 1hr each …

Its 8th day of Nofap … Slight urges comes up in the evening but its controllable …

Its 10th day … things are change now …Mood swings are frequently coming …
as usual urges are there when i am not busy i.e in evening …So i decided to add one additional task that is sleep before 10:30 PM as now i believe that if I awake later in the night after 10:30 my mind overpowers me that ends up over fap …
So this time I am not going to leave any excuse for myself and give my 100% to cover my daily Tasks …Its Fight for becoming SOMETHING …

YESTERDAY I relapsed after 13 days of absistance… Yes guys Didn’t know how i describe but i know where i lacks … awake after 10:30pm lead to relapsed … Misses meditation session and excercise yesterday …leads to relapse … break in discipline , break in consistensy lead to nofap …
Its just few hours that lead to fap …
Yesterday failed to do some important tasks … I did not read positive affirmations … as @neo_150 suggest me to keep visiting website in the day itself to motivate myself … I skip that too…
So every important tasks i leave behind yesterday leads to Fap …

So yesterday is the day that tries to deviate me towards NOTHING … but i bounce back …nothing is not permanent … Changes to be SOMETHING

I analyzed my mistakes and changes certain things … .in my routine …
