So I have read some books about Habits and how they actually work. Now im trying to test the things that I learned for nofap.
Well I woke up at 7 to hit the gym its pretty weird when I see the girls there and try not to think about the wrong things. I think the best idea how to stop is to constantly stay busy till you reached a certain point. Later I went to work and now im going home to study for a exam thats the hardest part because im alone and often bored. But I think the first day will be easy. I know this time I will make the change and I will completle stop it. I wrote some rulle after I tested them I will tell you guys how it went
