About to reach 20 days clean but feeling like flatline is beginning. I’m feeling bit down and lazy to do my daily tasks like study, exercise, talking to people, and learning. I’ve been sleeping more than 10 hours but I can’t sleep right away when I hit bed…prolly some insomnia. I explored and found that these maybe the symptoms of recovery.
