28 feb update
I woke up at 8:00 today, 7.5 hours sleep, did kriya yoga and meditation, then studied for 1 hour, had breakfast ate 6 aloo paranthas :rofl::rofl: (they were a bit small though), then me my uncle and cousins played carrom. 5 sets game, me and my cousin sister were in a team and uncle and cousin brother were in other. We won 3-2. After that we all watched a movie the power not famous but was filled with action. Then me my cousins and aunt cooked momos had them in evening. After that my uncle, cousins and grandpa dropped me at other uncle’s house on foot because bus stop is closer from here so I am staying here only today. I have one cousin brother here, we all talked for a while then again took a walk, after that we had dinner my aunt here cooked chilli paneer and white gram ( safed chane) had 8 chapatis​:rofl::rofl:. After that me and my cousin brother spent talking till now and watched some of our favorite YouTube videos, I had a chat with him regarding porn addiction too ( he is in 12th standard and apparently he is not an addict yet or doesn’t wanna talk about it, anyways I told him he is free to ask for any advice from me in this aspect and also studies). Now I am gonna head to sleep. I have to wakeup at 6:30 tomorrow morning, gonna head back home.

1 March update.
Me and my cousin brother stayed up till 1 am talking, woke up at 6:30 had to catch a bus, took a bath, did kriya yoga and meditation, had breakfast 3 cauliflower paranthas, my aunt also packed 3 paranthas for my journey. Then had to walk and climb some stairs to my uncle’s office, he then dropped me at the bus stand. In the bus firstly I listened to some songs, took a half hour nap around 10, then watched the latest episodes of wanda vision and Young Sheldon. Then I downloaded an audiobook for the book I had ordered ‘the miracle morning’ I had to take one more nap in between for about 20-25 min. I was able to listen to 3.5 hours out of 5 hours of the audiobook, though this book is not like easy peasy which has solution to all the possible questions (or may be it is because I hadn’t listened to it completely) but still it is a good self help book for people like me at least who have (had) messed up sleep routine. I might have to read it too to strengthen the concepts. I reached home around 6 in the evening, took a bath, talked to my parents about the trip and test, this was a great trip everyone at my uncles’ was pleased to see me after this long and all had a hard time to see me off. After that I had dinner, I am thinking of implementing the morning routine the book mentions though I am not gonna get up too early, I will get up around 7:30 (I might start waking up even earlier after completing the book). But I am gonna study with full dedication now on. Also I am cutting back on rice (I eat a lot of rice) and also gonna start running consistently (getting a little heavy). I am thinking of watching a few episodes of modern family now and then sleep.

Haha new ep didn’t reveal as much as we expected but it was interesting, further it is of 43 minutes rather than usual 30 min. And I believe No spoliers should be the tagline of bro code :v:.

2nd march update
Woke up at 7:15 today, did kriya yoga, meditation, affirmations and visualisation ( routine according to miracle morning book though I am not sure how to implement the miracle morning routine properly), had a 2 km run, I am gonna run everyday from now on, studied for half an hour, wrote a little bit in my offline journal (did it just because miracle morning book mentions this, I am not completely sure what to write in this so I wrote random thoughts that popped in my mind). Then had milk and cereal, studied for around 1.5 hrs had lunch with grandma and sister, had to take half an hour nap in the day. I cooked Maggi with lots of vegetables for dinner. In total I studied for 5 hours, and apart from this completed 1.5 hours of audiobook remaining but as I mentioned I was not able to strengthen the concepts so I’ll have to read the book too, also I really want to. I didn’t use social media entire day, some time got wasted because I was feeling sleepy and also some time was wasted chatting with my sister. I am gonna stick with miracle morning routine for few days now no matter how difficult it gets for me I am gonna wake up before 7:30 at least everyday if not earlier.

3rd march update
I spent most of the day doing semi-productive things in @debellator 's words.
I woke up late around 9:30 after almost 8.5 hours of sleep. Did kriya yoga and meditation, wanted to do the miracle morning routine but it was getting very late and I wasn’t completely sure regarding the execution of the same, so I spent a lot of time going through posts of users who follow miracle morning routine on Tmm (the miracle morning) Facebook page. Also I read different pdfs that they had posted on tmm site regarding affirmations visualisation and sample journals. Now I am very motivated to go through tmm routine right from tomorrow and the author says take this as a challenge for 30 days to follow through with tmm routine and it will work like magic to transform our lives also the book says take a little time from your sleep to execute the routine so it doesn’t interfere with rest of your schedule so I have decided to take 7-7.5 hrs of sleep everyday with sleeping around 11 and waking up around 6:30. First 10 days will be very hard but after that I will get used to it (hopefully), I just have to follow through.
Oh I had one realisation today:
thinking that I can achieve anything just because I am doing no fap will not work unless I work for it, I can’t take my new lifestyle without pmo for granted
Here is what my new routine will look like
Wake up at 6:30. Do the tmm routine which includes:
Life SAVERS
S: silence (meditation), A: affirmations, V: visualisation, E:exercise, R: reading, S: scribing (journalling).
Not necessarily to be executed in same order or at same time, can be done anytime in the day but best to do in the morning.
I was struggling with affirmations, visualisation and journalling but as I saw many posts and researched a lot I was able to write some of the affirmations according to my goals, I also have one 5 minute audio having 42 affirmations for an awesome day ahead.
Visualisation is just imagining the entire day being executed properly and productively and also how I will feel when I accomplish my goals (currently they are clearing Junior engineer exam and ISRO written exam).
And regarding journalling I already have a habit of writing here everyday so I am gonna stick with this only rather than shifting it to morning, because I keep improving my day just because I know I have to post here at night. I just have to improve my journalling but a bit, instead of just posting what I did I have to post what I learned and how can I improve, from time to time. Tmm book suggests weekly and yearly reviews of the journal.
Regarding exercise I am gonna do home workout skipping, jogging, pushups, situps etc. 3 days a week ( Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) and run at least 2 kms rest 4 days of the week.
Also I will study for at least 7 hours everyday.
Not use WhatsApp and rewire forum until lunch.
Not use insta and fb until dinner.
Completely overhauling my routine
I am gonna watch new tom and jerry movie now and then sleep ( may be I’ll watch only half of it today and half tomorrow).

4th march update
I woke up at 6:30 today after 7 hours of sleep.
Did whole tmm routine: kriya yoga meditation, affirmations, visualisation, reading ( read tmm book for 10-15 min), exercise ( skipping, jogging, pushups, situps, crunches) but there was some weird pain in my shoulder so couldn’t do many pushups.
I made a smoothie with spinach, almonds, cauliflower leaves, carrot and milk, I also put some of my cereal in it :joy:, it tasted ok but I felt like puking :joy:, anyways I powered through it and it helped.
My morning until lunch was great and very productive, I completed 3 hours of study till 12:30 pm.
But after lunch my efficiency dropped drastically, I was feeling sleepy, had to take half an hour nap, it didn’t help much though :sweat_smile:.
I was able to complete just 6.5 hours of study, I have time to complete 7 hours but I am too sleepy to study now :sweat_smile:, still it was good day and imma keep waking up early, I will wake up even earlier so that I can do a lot before lunch.
I did one mistake, opened insta around 5 pm only in the evening Rather than after dinner, but I wanted to check insta group if someone was coming to play because I was getting a strong urge to play. But there was no reply, instead I had a message from man don’t fap, I posted a comment about my streak and how I was able to leave PMO after reading easy peasy and their app helped too, they mentioned the same in their insta story and also asked for the link to easy peasy, it felt like an accomplishment to me :sweat_smile:.
My basketball was ruptured by a thorn, so air kept coming out of it and I had to fill it again and again ( didn’t last longer than 2-3 hours), so I am ordering a new ball now, also I haven’t taken my basketball ring to a welder yet, I am gonna do that too or ask my father to take it.
I am gonna watch modern family now and sleep, I wanna watch new tom and jerry movie but I am tired :sweat_smile:, I’ll watch it in a few days.

Remove the spinach as well bro. Eat it separately, or make palak paneer or something. Don’t drink raw spinach, it leaves an after taste. Almonds and milk is an amazing combo. Donno how carrot goes with it but I love carrots so it should be fine I guess! And yea, bananas are a must in every smoothie!

Ok this recipe was mentioned in miracle morning book so I tried it :joy:, I will try it with spinach tomorrow, if that doesn’t work then I’ll leave it too.

5th March update
I woke up around 8:45 after about 8 hrs of sleep , I can’t remember exact time when I went to sleep. I have to be strict with sleeping and waking up time but my body is used to waking up late ( since past 5-6 months) and 8 hours of sleep ( for atleast past 3-4 years) so it will take time to completely shift my schedule to early sleeping and rising but I will keep trying.
I had a wet dream last morning, I felt like I was losing my streak, it scared the hell out of me and I refrained from ejaculating even in the dream, so that’s kind of an achievement, but this happens everytime I go around boasting about my streak God gives me a lesson everytime don’t be overconfident.
So after waking up I did miracle morning routine anyway. Kriya yoga meditation, affirmations, visualisation, for exercise I just did some jumping jacks, pushups, situps and the sublimation exercise that @nofapstar123 posted, it is a good practice.
Then I made my smoothie, today it was tasty af I put 1 banana, 10 almonds, 10 grapes, 4-5 leaves of mustard leaves ( spinach), 1 cup milk, half tablespoon sugar, mixed it, then I put my chocos cereal and spun the grinder for a little bit so chocos were floating in it like choco chips :joy:.
It was almost 11 by then, studied 1.5 hours before lunch, after lunch same thing happened, efficiency decreased, this is probably happening because of messed up sleeping times :sweat_smile:, I can take this for a few days though. I had to again take a half an hour nap, but I just studied about 1 hour more after that, I was mindlessly scrolling through insta, fb, rewire app, WhatsApp. I had to unfollow many women I was following ( though no one out of them was a vulgar account) and mute some of my female friends too :sweat_smile:, I was a little weak because of the wet dream, couldn’t afford to look at women.
I had pea (matar) pulav for dinner, it was good.
In total around 2-2.5 hours study only :grimacing:, I have to get serious.
I ordered my new basketball Nivea engraver ( it is good ball for Indian cemented courts) along with the pump ( the pump we have stayed in my father’s car always and when he was out it was getting problematic so I had to order a new one).
I have downloaded the latest episodes of wanda vision and young sheldon so I am gonna watch them now and gonna sleep early ( around or before 11).
My mornings are more productive now a days but days are getting messy, I have to take care of this.
Though I am grateful for the opportunities that God is providing me, first with my streak and then opening my eyes towards early rising, I am gonna make good of my life.
I am writing too long posts now a days but it feels good to share everything so I do it anyway.
