This breathing exercise seems good, especially for my vocal cords…I’ll include it with meditation in my daily morning routine, thanks!

A bit distracted day, with weekend carelessness peeked in for a while, but still managed to study few hours.

Still working on managing the Mid day distractions (Social media) and improving sleep quality. Recently, i got to know about Monophasic and biphasic sleep, need to research abt it, and find if it has anything useful for me.

@debellator Yes, its an all rounder bro. It strengthens your immune system, lungs, and acts as an indirect anti aging source by slowing down the breath rate.

Also, definitely will be of help, to relax the vocal cords.

I follow a polyphasic sleep pattern:
10pm to 4 am -6 hrs
7 am to 7: 30 am- 30 mins
2pm - 3 pm - I sleep 30 mins to 1 hour based on how tired I feel.

Very great :ok_hand: Keep looking to Christ for guidance. Also stop peeking.

That has become like a chore for me, so i need to remind myself everyday, coz i often forget to update here :sweat_smile:
