A bit distracted day, with weekend carelessness peeked in for a while, but still managed to study few hours.
Still working on managing the Mid day distractions (Social media) and improving sleep quality. Recently, i got to know about Monophasic and biphasic sleep, need to research abt it, and find if it has anything useful for me.

I follow a polyphasic sleep pattern:
10pm to 4 am -6 hrs
7 am to 7: 30 am- 30 mins
2pm - 3 pm - I sleep 30 mins to 1 hour based on how tired I feel.
