I don’t k ow why but i can’t focus on anything now a days. I can’t even sit for an hour continuously. This feels very sad. As exam is approaching… i have to give my all.
Detox–(no detox from now) i will just leave my phone at home.

Plan for tomorrow :white_check_mark:

After exam is over i unlocked my mobile and Overconsuming of internet led to relapse yesterday… :slightly_smiling_face:
So i wanted to make a challenge for myself only. I in free time just like to use mobile /sleep and degrade myself which i don’t like a bit. So i am setting some rules for myself so that i dint fall into those habbits again.

  1. Go to playground daily . I will either play there or exercise .
  2. Detox ( i can proudly say that after months of full day detox , i don’t feel much addiction towards mobile). It’s just a wish to enjoy .
  3. Socialise atleast 3 hrs daily (offline) -this is hard as I stopped socialising for many months due to new location and exam. So i will focus more here.
  4. Force myself into happiness. Work hard to make myself happy.
    These 4 rules i will follow and keep updating here. If it works out for me i will try to make a challenge out of it…

Life is going smooth. Everything is fine.

I am in control due to detox but i think to be truly free from mobile addiction i need to increase my meditation practice. Otherwise all is going nice…
I am happy with my life.just need to keep doing the work

So i followed detox sincerely. Went to playground and marriage later in evening. I exercised also. Only thing I couldn’t do was being social… Played game.
Watched the original series . And just slept. So this is my whole day. :sweat_smile:
Just need to add little study .

Damn man i relapsed… :grimacing::exploding_head:. It’s hard when you are free. Well i should make myself busy but I guess years of conditioning for enjoyment is not letting me consistent and busy .
Tomorrow is Shivratri and whole family is going out to temple. So will be busy but after that i will focus myself and do what works…
Relapse sucks…
