I mean TG, WhatsApp, RC , I open these unnecessarily some times when I should be focusing on other things.
I am though , thanks. I am really grateful for my neighbor friend, we have become more or less room mates , there’s a small corridor that connects our rooms directly and only we two can access that corridor.
I also made few more basketball friends.
But when I am in my room, I feel little bit, just little bit alone for some reason .
We both are mobile addicts these days. If possible, Could you please start anti screen challenge if possible ?
Since you don’t have a laptop , I believe you are watching P by phone. So if we have a good sense of control over mobile usage , it will indirectly influence abstinence of P.
For me , I need to seriously track my phone usage for unproductive purposes.

Day was very good. Main thing was i scheduled a 4hr detox in afternoon for study and it did really well. My study hrs increased. As this is the time i slip. To avoid cheating i will ensure only 1 emergency use.

My sister and niece are coming here. I don’t think I will be able to study now it’s time to enjoy.
Almost 3 months and I didn’t update here anything so I thought to write

So today urges level was very high . I think it’s due to location change and loneliness at home. Somehow i stopped myself fantasising but i have to be disciplined. If i can maintain myself for 2-3 days urges will go away.
Other than that all is good.
Planning for tomorrow. Let’s see.

I think I was watching too much youtube and suddenly a triggering video came up. And I was so weak at that moment that i didn’t even resist. I just gave in to my senses.
