Very strong urges…still make it clean.
Thaughts are not stopping.
It’s always very hard for me to achieve first clean day.

Bro… don’t exhaust yourself… Telling you again , you come back after you are exhausted from regular pmo. You should inform here about your condition earlier so that others can help you. If overcoming this addiction was so easy there would be no need for people to make apps for it…

Yes @pingpong1 bro…i will stay updated…and inform here…each time i feel like throwing it up…
My problem is i dont feel worthy of writing here…i am on my low …like if i haven’t completed one day…its become very shameful for me…:person_facepalming:t2::person_facepalming:t2:.
From this point on .i will update…as early as possible.when i am on verge of falling.

Even I felt like that, when I relapsed I won’t write on my diary because I too felt shameful but I realized Writing here helps us to rectify our mistakes in nofap and it also help us and other people to get more experience.

Not urges but i am getting thaughts…i am in phase where my mind was telling me to…do a little peek it won’t do any …:person_facepalming:t2::person_facepalming:t2: damn it…i geta so difficult for me to resist…to break this…i opened forum and i read some motivational. And i get through it somehow…this thaughts are really dangerous…next time i have to stop it the very next second when it pops up.
Just avoiding pmo… really… cleans mind…

  2. Hanuman chalisa.
  3. Affirmations and visualisation.
  4. Study.
  5. Meditation 10 min.
  6. Daily Motivational musics.
  7. Stay hydrated.
  8. No sugar/junk food.
  9. No daytime sleep.
  10. No social media.
  11. Workout.
  12. Planning for next day.
  13. chanting Gayatri Mantra before sleep.
  14. sleep at 10:00 a.m.
  15. Detox screen on study times and sleep time.

From tomorrow now on i am planning on following this habitual schedule…i picked up some good habits from @Samaranjay bro.i know it will get hard for me to follow all.but i am planning on doing it…from tomorrow no matter what.:sweat_smile: I have to add habits in my lifestyle to bring overall results.i hope this will keep me busy.and engaged. 60% from above i am following already…from 1 week…just rest 40% i need to do it…more.

Awesome bro. List seems legit, don’t overstress yourself but these habits are an overall package, if you stick to this schedule you are gonna see good results real soon, but sleeping just 6 hours a day is not a good option, if you are planning atleast 1-2 hours nap in the day then it is justified to sleep 6 hrs at night.
