I intended to start this Diary long back, but couldn’t. It’s all because of being a victim of Perfectionism. I postponed it many times, so that i could write a perfect introduction for this diary. I have lately realized that, perfectionism is a BIGGEST TRAP, one can ever fall into and that i need to work on it and become an ACTION TAKER.
GET INTO ACTION, THROW off the BS, AND SEE yourself Progressing forward.
As my Diary’s name implies, my purpose of creating this diary is to reflect daily through the way i accomplish various tasks and how i achieve my daily goals. I identify myself as a Pro procastinator and my dopamine receptors are very much dependent on Social media and YouTube’s Self development stuffs. Though, it has helped me to an extent in learning relationship dynamics, i am still struggling with other aspects of my life, like Studies, time management.
I am still in the reboot phase of PMO, but have seen significant improvements in how i deal with urges and CHASER EFFECT. Currently i am on an ARTIFICIAL STIMULI DETOX, and determined to completely rewire myself from old neural pathways and Porn. Thus, i have decided to make myself accountable to my fellow members in doing few daily activities/tasks/goals.
