From today onwards I’m not going keep a count of the number of days in my mind or in journal. I would update the days randomly.
Today was a good day as well… Everything went well and I happy for not having any urges till now. No overthinking, not allowing my mind to wander, always doing something. Thoughts do come like a glimpse but I don’t bother much. I am well in control now…!!

Couldn’t hit 5hrs productivity todays but always trying. I’m really improving all aspects of my life unlike previous times, I don’t want to remember anything now, everything is going really well.
I am currently trying to make minute changes in my habits, such as waking up 1 min before everyday,doing 1 extra rep than the previous day. For meditation I don’t focus on time, I stop when I feel to stop… Its gonna improve,I guess (Yes I do feel i’m really improving in meditation too).
These minute changes can bring massive results in the long run, but have to be disciplined. I am starting this from today don’t know to what extent I can change…believing there is no limit
