31.1.2021 - Sunday

From today onwards I’m not going keep a count of the number of days in my mind or in journal. I would update the days randomly.

Today was a good day as well… Everything went well and I happy for not having any urges till now. No overthinking, not allowing my mind to wander, always doing something. Thoughts do come like a glimpse but I don’t bother much. I am well in control now…!!

Couldn’t hit 5hrs productivity todays but always trying. I’m really improving all aspects of my life unlike previous times, I don’t want to remember anything now, everything is going really well.

I am currently trying to make minute changes in my habits, such as waking up 1 min before everyday,doing 1 extra rep than the previous day. For meditation I don’t focus on time, I stop when I feel to stop… Its gonna improve,I guess (Yes I do feel i’m really improving in meditation too).
These minute changes can bring massive results in the long run, but have to be disciplined. I am starting this from today don’t know to what extent I can change…believing there is no limit :blush:

1.2.2021 - Monday

Today morning I saw a dream in which I somehow relapsed(but it wasn’t a wet dream also no nocturnal emission(happy for that)) and then suddenly the thoughts about days so far like oh.god I’ve to start everything again, also in the dream I was thinking , i’ve to tell in my rewire journal that i’ve relapsed and It was crazy lol (Thoughts about this journal came in my dreams :joy: :joy:) I woke up laughing, but also the thought about nofap was even powerfully implanted again ( those feelings were terrible even if it was in a dream)

I was not really productive… no excuse I could have made it to 3hr easily but couldn’t will come back firing tomorrow :fire: . Apart from that another good day with not many urges, I am feeling really happy…

Some noticeable changes

  • Today when I went out, I was full of energy. I didn’t face any awkward situations in the public , no overthinking and was really active today and I am really happy for that… I am being myself :smiley:

Yesterday I told about the 1 min rule and i’ve started working on it and I’ll update about it daily.

Today also I saw some bad dreams as well as some funny dreams. But its wasn’t a wet dream , also no nocturnal emission. I didn’t face many urges. I am feeling that I am becoming better.

I still couldn’t study much today… I did get 2/3 hours but I couldn’t utilize it. I am not too sad for that as it wasn’t because of urges and I wasn’t sitting in my house the whole day doing nothing… I was mostly busy in other things and when I got time… I watched shows like britains got talent and I don’t consider that as a waste of time… But still got to focus on myself more.

Today’s Learning

  • Use your time when you have it. Because when you have time, you wouldn’t do what you should have done (giving silly excuses) but when you wish to do something for yourself like studying something or whatever be it, you won’t get your time mostly.

3.2.2021 - Wednesday

No dreams today, was in overall a good day, everything went according to plan, the only problem is that I have a lot to study for the coming exams(just 2 weeks left) and I am moving really slow, not much of mental stress as I am sitting and studying with concentration (Its really been long since i’ve studied mindfully with good concentration and I’m really happy for that)

One of things is that while meditating today my mind was not at all in focus, it was wandering (its not bad thoughts or anything related to pmo) it was related to some funny moments in britains got talent that I watched twice or thrice and that was kind of swirling inside my mind. So i’m gonna reduce watching such things as well…

Today morning I had a wet dream… It wasn’t too much triggering, I don’t even remember the dream now… I experienced a bit of mind fog but was out of it soon… I am able to fight it…I am not fighting with my thoughts much. So today in overall turned out to be a wonderfull day :dizzy:

Today I meditated while after exercising and guess what, it was one of the best experiences because I was not in my bed sitting, I was kind of like outside and had a beautiful view infront of me (eyes was closed anyway), and cold breeze was passing through me giving me a great feeling and I’ve decided to meditate in the morning everyday, Its the best time…

Easy Peasy:
Its a really good book. If you are still struggling or even if you are in a good streak I would recommend you to read it, It gives some really good ideas and views about how you should view this habit. I really liked it, a very well written book.

Productivity
I studies for 6hrs today (Mindfully) , I don’t remember studying like this once I entered college… This is amazing because i’m not feeling tired or bored of studying (ofcourse the thought about exam is driving me too) but still I’ve never studied like this before… Really feeling great for that…

Meditated 3 times …each 10 mins. After meditating for just 10mins… My concentration boosts upto about 200% percent and I could study anything easily during this time for 1-2hr. Mind will be kind of still and I love to study after meditating. I studied for 5+ hrs todays and yes i’m improving :grinning:.

I wasn’t exercising for the past 3 days and due to the cold weather I was having cold and cough 24*7… I skipped exercise so that I could get more time to study. But what i realized is that 1hr of exercise every day could keep you more healthier than we think. Health should always be the 1st priority. And I am not gonna stop exercise even during examinations.

I don’t know why but I was not studying mindfully. I think the harder the subjects get the more effort I put in. Studying something by thinking it’s easy will become hard because our mind will procrastinate more often and won’t let us study.

Studied for 5 hrs today. Keeping track of your time is a great thing I guess, but whatever be it you should not just focus on the amount of time you spent. You should also be focussing on how well you’re doing.

The day went well… I am feeling a lot energetic nowadays, social anxiety is mostly gone, still I am introverted and I need to change because I don’t wanna be a quite person, I like talking to people. Apart from that this is how the day went.

I did study for 3 hrs but I don’t think I was productive because I took 5hrs for resting(Watching tv shows and all)
So from tomorrow onwards I would consider myself productive only if Study hrs > Rest hrs
